I posted a question. Let's see if they address it? My question is. Why didn't any institunional investors take a stake or holding in Genedrive in the previous placing, as it's products are so good???

FDA Approval won't happen until the end of 2026 so that means 2027 at the earliest!!! Seeing as we're still in 2024 how many fund raises will they need between now and 2027??? Not impressed with the CFO Russ Shaw telling shareholders they should be thankful and grateful that the SP is above the placing price of 1.5p.

Is the debt for equity swap subject and conditional on the debtor making an offer of 2.6777p for all the remaining outstanding shares? Thanks in advance.

Not looking too good at the moment. It's 1 v 1 on the book 2.1p - 2 15p. The BID is currently looking very weak and looks set to drop to 2p. Peel Hunt are on the ASK @ 2.15p.

Davey50 - The results will be good. If it drops on results day, then I really don't know what else the company can do? At the moment they're still locked into the MTA agreement. That needs to expire and then they can share the data with the wider market. The MTA expires next month. The SP is still trading within a very narrow band. It would take very little buying to move it back into the teens.

Let's be fair. The results are not good. Genedrive is still an R&D company heavily reliant on carrying out cash raises. Which in turn leads to further dilution. They have five months until they announce yet another raise. Let's see how the SP performs today??? Good luck. Atb Popeye.

I'm talking about today. There was 900k shares traded 100k of them were buys and 800k of them were sells. But still the BID only moved 0.5p.

The one thing I find a little strange??? Is the fact that the MM'S soaked all those buys up!!! There was over 800,000 shares sold and under 100k bought, yet the BID only moved 0.5p??? Had it been the other way around and there were 800k shares bought, then the BID would have moved up three to four times that amount and would have most definitely been at the very least 12.5p. Food for thought.

Peel Hunt are on both sides of the book 2.25 v 2.35

Peel are on the ASK @ 2.35p. Very weak on the BID which looks set to drop to 2.15p. Volume is now very thin.

LOTM-13 - To use the mid closing price of today for an example is a fair analysis, except the consolidation isn't happening today, and I appreciate that it was an example. HEMO won't be telling the institunional investors what the price per share will be in the upcoming raise. It will be the institunional investors telling HEMO what the price will be set at. It will be at a huge discount to the current SP and existing shareholders will take a huge hit to the current SP. As always PI'S will be all but wiped out. The order in which the RNS has been issued is absolutely disgraceful. I think they will raise a substantial amount in the forthcoming raise.

It's also worth to bear in mind that the new institutional investors will already know what price they are investing at. This will be reflected in the current SP. With the SP at 1.8p earlier on today it would have been £7.60 a share. With the current SP at 1p It's £4 a share. Does anyone think that those new investors who could potentially be offered stock at £2 a share will be forward selling???

The deferred shares won't be tradeable on any exchange.
