Dowgate haven't sold any stock from their last TR1 filing rns. Prior today they were holding 64M shares and their still holding 64M shares. The reason for the holdings rns is because the percentage of their holdings have changed. This is due to the additional 25M shares being issued, therefore all holdings get diluted and percentages decrease as a result. Bear in mind though the company has an additional £800,000 less expenses as cash in bank. I hope this helps. Atb Popeye.

Mrs Gloria. Where on earth did you pluck that figure from??? Genedrive will never be worth 60p and have a market cap of £300M. I very much doubt it will ever reach 6p let alone 60p!!! Remember there's fund raising just around the corner and with it more dilution. The last round of fund raising trebled the amount of shares in issue. The next round of fundraising will see more than 1,000,000,000 shares in issue. The nail in the coffin for Genedrive was NICE recommending laboratory testing as the preference to the Genedrive test. Sadly Genedrive isn't even a viable trade now. It's such a shame that a company that once showed so much promise, has now become a complete failure. Needless to say managent certainly haven't helped the situation.

At what price will the next fund raise be at??? Bearing in mind the one last year was carried out at 1.5p with the greatly appreciated help of Peel Hunt, who took 20% of the fundraise at 1.5p. I would be interested to hear new and old (LTH's) shareholders views. I think the subject would be greatly appreciated, especially for potentially new shareholders looking to invest. It would also be worth bearing in mind with your price predictions that all previous fundraising has been carried out at a substantial discount to the prevailing SP at the time. Also, as fundraising seems to be a hot topic, it would be most helpful to hear people's predictions.

There has only ever been four Market Makers quoting on this stock, that was until yesterday when another MM arrived. I'm not too sure which in the new MM quoting on the stock, but it will certainly help. I think the new advert is extremely impressive and should definitely help attract new investors. Good morning Toffers. Well done on your top up. The one good thing about the raise at 3.2p is it should in theory become the new base from which it can climb. You're now holding more shares than me. I may well consider adding a few more. I'm currently holding 1,385,000 shares at an average of 3.33p. I won't sell until the right kind of news lands. I honestly believe it will hit double digits. Good to hear that it's still very much alive. My concern was that if they weren't interested why would any other major heart valve company be interested. It's reassuring that there's two of you saying the same thing though. Thank you.

I know exactly where the issue lies. In November 2023 RUA issued a strategic update outlining their plans for the four separate segments of businesses held within the group. They subsequently then did a raise for £4M totally out of the blue. No mention of a raise within the strategic update. Bill Brown then did a presentation and openly said that a major heart valve company had knocked on their door showing interest in their heart valve leaflet. Bill Brown's exact words were from the major heart valve company "WOW". The definition of wow being astonishment, excitement, unbelievable, etc, etc. He then went onto say that they needed to raise funds to put the company in a stronger negotiating position. The very next day following the presentation RUA released the MTA rns. Twelve months down the line the major heart valve company isn't interested in taking the heart valve leaflet any further!!! What happened to the "Wow"???. It would have been lose change for the major heart valve company to acquire the heart valve business, but apparently they have other commitments. That's why the SP is where it is today. I've been extremely supportive of RUA and Bill Brown and my wife and took 20% of the retail offer in December 2023. I think shareholders need clarification on exactly what is happening with the heart valve business. I intend to speak with Bill Brown very soon and ask for some clarification.

Good morning Toffers. I added 300k shares yesterday in three separate 100k buys. I'm now holding 1.3M shares. There's very little liquidity at the moment, so the SP inevitably is going to flip flop a little bit until news lands and liquidity kicks in.

Good morning Fellwanderer. Lovely day for a walk. Yes I agree there's a few of us that are building our holdings in anticipation of what is to come. Personally I think the upside is pretty much weighted in our favour.

Winnimandala - That's absolute BS. Institunional investors were on board 4 years ago and heavily invested in Genedrive and believed in their technology. But when Genedrive raised at 25p a share some years ago the Institunional investors declined. The invitation was extended to them, but they chose not to participate. The invitation was subsequently offered again at 1.5p, but once again they declined. The problem with Genedrive lies within. There is nothing wrong with their products. The problem is the management. It was extremely difficult raising the necessary funds last year and the fundraiser was only just dragged over the line by Peel Hunt who dictated the placing price. One year on it's going to be a mammoth task to try and raise funds.

3 v 1 on the book. ASK is about to move up to 3.5p and the BID will move up to 3.3p. Just need a little bit of volume to kick in.

Fellwanderer - The 1,356,500 trade reported yesterday was closed at 3.325 and renewed at 3.40p. We don't know for how long, but by looking at the mark up, it could well be a T20, so the client has 20 working days to settle the trade or they can sell the stock within that period. I hope my rough explanation explains the scenario, effectively the buyer is getting a credit period with the delayed settlement. I'm sure a broker could explain it better!!! Atb Popeye.
