ARB will go to 9p, on no news and a little movement of btc.

Arb is oversold. Btc at $20,000 = arb at around 20p.

Red rag, there will be many millionaires made with this crash. All you need is dry powder. The big boys are waiting for the right price, which they have agreed amongst themselves, they will pile in, once that price is reached and this will head north. The price could be 15,000 or 14, 000 or 12,000, then watch how quickly this heads north.
