Chaebol, to be fair, I’ve traded this like crazy, it’s in my post history again and again. The mistake I made was I traded half and kept the other half as a long term investment.

My average now is around 18p, I can see this rising well past that. I’m the first to admit you have had arb and btc right and we all would of been better of listening to you. However, you have this wrong now, April is a long time away, I also like you get it more right then wrong especially when it comes to business. And there is a business here. Let’s wait for the RNS’s to decide otherwise HC will be picking up cheap shares lol. :-)

If the state of affairs was as you say, liquidators should be there already.
ARB isn't going anywhere in the next 12 months, otherwise HC wouldn't be here lol.

If you are so confident of this going bankrupt, just say ARB will be going through bankruptcy by January. You are going to turn around and say, no it's going to happen in May, that is 6 months away. Come on Chaebol, lets have you say it ARB will be bankrupt by January, at least we can have a laugh come January, it will help with the xmas turkey digestion. :-)

HC, price won't do it for me, it's time. So if BTC is around $15,000 and ARB having got no funding in 6 months time, I'd consider it a bad call from me. Worse case scenario for arb is, doing a placing at 7p and raising 20 million, which I can't see happening. Normally what I see happening and I've seen it many times, especially on AIM (I know this isn't aim), they pump the sp and then do a raise. I can't see why this won't happen here.

Chaebol, if they own 25 percent of pluto, then they won't need a loan if they sell, maybe have a little left over for some cheap rigs and a new swimming pool for PW. The Disney dog might save us lol.

They surely have shares in it, they did a raise for the money. Unless the B45t4RDD pocketed the 7 million. There is nothing on their website regarding PLUTO, not even a Disney dog.

Chaebol, loans get get refinanced under different terms, loans companies don't like business going under, especially at this level, they know if ARB goes under, they most likely won't get all their money back. Loads to play for.

HC, I don't think a placing will be done at 5 or 6 pence. They need around 24 million to see them through the next 12 months, maybe less after selling them machines. They should be able to raise that sort of money with better terms then 5p or 6p. Announcing the LOI at 27p, was a complete joke, looked to me PW did it to tank the SP. IF BTC doesn't have a bull run in the next 12 months, for me ARB is dead and buried but until then there is loads to play for. There is only one way to find out.

Hexam, I could be wrong but arb is a solid business with three sites. If Helios was under construction and this happened, I would be on you side, however it's up and running, that is a achievement in it's self, especially under PW lol. This time last year, ARB was making profit. It has suffered due to the BTC price and incompetence from PW. Some one is going to take a slice of this company, seeing the scalable potential, I can't see why not, bargain basement time.

I also hope I'm right Hexam, however I could be wrong, It's just my opinion.

Hexam, in the last rns, regarding funding, this is all we got.

"Argo is continuing to engage in financing discussions, as announced on 31 October 2022, and will update investors in due course."

That sounds positive to me.

Hexam, I can't say for sure, I'm talking probability. In my view, the probability favours ARB surviving at least 12 months. In your opinion ARB will fold in the next 3 or 4 months. You need to hedge your bets accordingly.

Chaebol, if they cant raise the 24 million or BTC doesn't go on a run then yes this will probably then go under, unless they have loads of equity in their building. I honestly believe, they will raise that sort of money easily, we just need to hedge our bets accordingly.
