For what it’s worth I tried buying another 500,000 shares yesterday and only got 88,500 shares. Do you think POQ was competing with me? A little morning humor there!
POQ has done many good things and been well-compensated. BUT, he’s ignored for too long and now too late my suggested reverse split that would have instantly made FOG investable for smaller institutions and in the U.S., investors precluded due to a price below $5-10, depending on individual firm requirements.
Fortunately, there’s a chance God is looking out for us or BS or others may buy us for a pittance.
Frustrating but perhaps worth adding few more shares. POODS
I think some consider me a rational patient investor. If you will reread my note I hope it’s essence becomes clear. If the word infinitesimal is unclear, suggest you consult Webster’s or the Oxford’s dictionaries.
I want to disagree POQ should be out there wasting $$ at this point on PR. The most valuable assets we have are as I’ve said now for years, a wonderful seismic picture of a seemingly immense gas and liquids field. Drilling has started to prove up theat fact in sinful at times steps. In the last several years some proof in the form of nice DST’s tells us there are some parts of Beetoloo looking good. In the US there were similar learning curves. Each formation has its own secrets to be solved. It’s ironic our chief problem solver’s name is Riddle!
My health is decline and as I told POQ a number years ago, I am still accumulating FOG shares for my son and his family. Patience has not been very evident in this chatroom but a few posters who know what they are talking about. Overnight riches are as rare is patience. There are still a few pieces of this puzzle to be put in place. At least sit tight and let things playout. The Sheffields are our Messiah. POODS
Uncle Buk, you are indeed correct I was critical of POQ, but he has learned more than a few things about being a manager. He also, as we all know, encountered a lot of headwinds that only wasted time in large part. Once drilling got started we suffered an unfortunate loss when David ?, was hired away.
There have been issues along the way and time wasted, but out of POQ’s control. Now drilling is progressing under the supervision of one of the pioneers in fracking success stories as our partner. Only a Crybaby would be crying at this point. I wonder why you continue to hold your shares with the vast knowledge of nothing related to oil and gas. Perhaps, greed plus being a Crybaby is a New Age investment style? If it is, my hat is off to you. POODS
I’m sitting here on the beach in Puerto Vallarta reading mostly rubbish. All the news with regards progress at Beetaloo indicates the seismic is correct. All the cry babies on this chat room are pitiful. If this is not successfully completed, it will be disappointing, but this happens in this business and is a constant risk you are aware of from day ONE. But to be ignorant of what you are saying generally qualifies each of you for a new designation as a charter member of FOG.C, Falcon Crybabies
Newtofo / all:
Been quiet for awhile thought and I’d
say the drilling and testing is proving up what the encouraging seismic has shown for years. Certainly pleasant compared to the alternative. I’m surprised by the shares compared 40-50 years ago when I was an oil analyst. Back then when the kind of “shows”we are seeing now became press releases, a stock would have an impressive “pop”. Not sure if that’s in the cards, the lack of progress tells me the seller(s) remain to liquidate. Be patient, keep nibbling as I have, but don’t go overboard. POODS
Camelot,
As you know I generally tend to agree with what you say, but he has had some roadblocks. If he were a leader and realized he works in the best interest of his bosses / shareholders, he or the board should have reduced his “gravy train” pay package by ½-2/3s. POODS

Appreciate your comments. In my lifetime I have had 3 investments I held for between 10-13 years and made about 100x on 2 of the 3 investments. The third, is FOG, a very appropriate symbol of the difficult conditions shareholders have endured. We have a quite well paid captain who has at least not sunk the ship. We have roughly suffered 100% because our captain did not listen to my advice to sell perhaps 100mm shares while the shares traded in 25-30 cent range. I do not know the market would have absorbed but the reality is that is not a lot of money yet enough to interest the small firms he has been in touch with. Hopefully, my grandchildren will be able say the FOG lifted and it was worth the wait!! Happy holidays. POODS

Boredom seems to be setting with me; probably age related! But, after reading comments I’m a bit surprised are this and once in a while add some shares.
It must be a continuation of the same sellers beholding the shares down? Is there filing that gives a precise number of shared still to be sold. Pretty miserable experience for sure POODS
I could still walk what I imagine is nice course if we indeed finally are filling the pipeline. If you see me pick up a set of clubs, tackle me before I swing as been over 40 years since I lofted a golf ball! POODS
