Quite honestly Promescent is a complete red herring that surfaced on here years ago. It was underfunded to go it alone and had no partners of significance to gain market penetration. It was a play thing for the guy who took over to honour the murdered founder�s aspirations for the product. As for dapoxetine I maintain that you are arguing against yourself, if all sufferers have to rely upon is a drug that works on the central nervous system, requiring use of a condom and with other side a effects then there is surely room for a new entrant into the market with an approved product. PX - I don't believe Promescant has full FDA approval just clinical studt data that allows for it to be sold over the counter. It cannot be subsribed by doctors whilst Fortacin will have full FDA approval and will be presribable. Good for you, and after all you only get to sniff once. I dropped Chemists 4 U a note to enquire on UK sales but the owner informed that he was unable to divulge such information. IHe referred me to someone at Plethora but I expect the same outcome.

Generally speaking, counterparties/partners seek improved terms as result of the percieved increase in risks. Whether or not that is the case here, I have no idea, but suspect a further announcement might follow.

I have to say the Douro wines have a very distinctive taste and not eally to my palate unless a top end vintage. Nearly all the Alanetjo's are very good- I can pick up an every day drinking wine at �1.50 to �2 a bottle, would be lucky to get equivalenet quality for under �8 in blighty. Most however are quite young so I have taken advanatge and now have a very well stocked cellar. I will wait to see if sales are slow and how the launch is handled,forecasting events here has been an unproductive exercise. Wonder what happened to teh ROW lisenses?

pxs - exactly my point - protection of EMA approval would be trigger for a stake builder. No retail punters trading ahead of the announcemenet and there is huge disconnect in volumes with this event and subsequent events such as EU launch date. Was there really that many intereted HK rtail punters to drive 3 biliion of volume in a couple of weeks or was it trading around a stake being accumulated? Its good either way as it supports either a bid or a mountain of cash in HK ready to jump into this on good news.

As I said, if diectors as soon as directors have knowledge of a signicant price sensitive event then it should be announced to all shareholders at the earliest opportunity. This has no relevance to you gracing the company by attending the AGM for the free sarnies and signing off to another slew of directors share options. In case you haven't noticed the directors have not been buying shares at these low levels or indeed at all for some time now, despite the knowldge that have and that they have shared exclusively with you. If they had nowledge of an event, as you say, then surely they should announce it immediately to all shareholders via the normal channels? Anyone selling ahaead of an event sat on by the Directors would not be best pleased.

Alq- the logic behind you speculation would seem to be that Recordati have little confidence in the product or why delay the launch in other territories with the exclusivity clock running down, solely to seure patient feed back on what is a fairly modest investment for a company the size of Recordati. Sales will also take a while to gain traction. Your view is also at odds with information released by RP althogh I appreciate circumstances can change and Recordati now have effective control over the product. I do though need little more to support infromation to support your claim, just I did to support your claim that Recordati would walk by last Christmas. The Directors can confirm that Recordati has placed its initial launch orders with the manufacturer, PSNW, for the launch of Fortacin� in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal in March 2018, followed by the launch in Greece, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Poland in the second half of 2018 and in the rest of Europe, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and select countries of North Africa in the coming years.

Thks Dougie - not a massively significant event but all moving in the right direction. Would be nice to get update on UK sales, although I don't have any great expectations as Mr Dickins would say. If this sells in EU, the US market which allows direct marketing across all platforms TV, internet, newspapers/mags) it could become a very interesting proposition.
