Bignose- I get impresssion he is in cruise mode as demonstrated by his lack of attention to detail - Ireland is not the first example.- probably already a very wealthy guy and is sitting on a mountain of shares in RP and happy to leave it to others and let things run their course. I think he is confident about the end game. The lack of progress on ROW lisences is a concern as you would think potential licencees would like to get in early, even on a conditional basis, as did Recordati.

Bignose - on the issue of share awards, under the terms of the scheme they would be prohibited from granting awards if the were already aware that there was a potential bid. Anyway, speculation fills in the time !

Bignose- I don't think JG would know, or wants to even consider. The post UK volumes and now the disconnect between those volumes and EU launch volumes you would think might at least attarct their interest. If RP became aware of a stake would they be obliged to disclose it to the HKEX? I don't know teh rules on that.

Great post SORR � zero pounds were spent on marketing and promotion in the UK and I seem to remember there were also some ill informed negative articles such as the one in the Daily Mail. Ordering it was comlex and cumbersome, now it is a very easy process, so raising awareness is the key. If others share your experience it will spread quickly via social media. As someone that has actually used the product and has positive comments on the experience that carries quite a bit of weight for me. If your experience is common Fortacin once it has gained traction, it will sell like hot cakes. This is why I believe RP is an obvious takeover target at its current valuation.

You two maybe correct, but it makes the HK investor community look pretty dumb (which I am sure they are not) as the E5, plus other European territories to come (forgive the pun) are massive in comparison to MacCau, which is one big Casino and the HK markets. I still think a large chunk of RP is held, most likeley by a Asian entity - dosn't even have to be a pharma company. The China market has been mentioned in passing, but what exactly is the position? From my experience changing auditors is not taken lightly, not least because it is expensive as it involves bringing the new firm up to speed. It usually occurs when there is a breakdown in relationship for any number of resaons whether it be fees or a personality clash. My understanding is that Phe put the audit out to tender and Deloittes's did not participate. Either way it is never a positive sign.

Piltick - I would fully expect KA to be reaching out to potential users of hydrogen, surely that is his role in the business. What I don't understand is why everytime he talks to someone he feels the need to issue an MOU, and without any outline terms. It's not a price sensitive event that even needs an RNS and moving forwards is conditional upon so many unknowns that it really is quite a misleading approach to take in my view. If all companise adopted a similar approach we would be awash with MOU's. I think there is a problem in that Phe needs to raise funds, but right now it can nnot issue shares, the AIM ATM like the Jungle shop is firmly closed and the market is now wise to the use of Mou's with nothing that follows.

However all I can add is that I was told that potential US partners wanted 20 dose cans, which was confirmed in price point sensitivity analysis in the US. Seems from volumes that there is very little current HK investor interest with little or no reaction to either good or bad news.

Bignose � good sniff but I have no idea why Ireland has been dropped, it would be useful to get a better understanding of why the ROW licenses have gone from late stage negotiations ( I think you mentioned Heads of Agreement) to active discussions. Whilst it is likely due to the can size delays it would appear original interested parties may have dropped out. It maynot necessarily be all negative if new licensees have shown interest.
