You assume correctly- so lets agree that it would seem that KA has referred to two and not just one Placing as being oversubscribed which only serves to highlight his incompetency.

Incorrect - he referred to the recent smaller Placing in an interview on one of tip sites saying that he was encouraged by it being over subscribed. Having said that he never seems to either how much was raised or get something else wrong which needs a correction update.

In any event, multiple Placings are a clear danger signal.

Well it seems like despite this being groundbreaking technology and Phe being the pioneer in the field of clean hydrogen production that there are no interested parties whatsoever in commissioning and funding the first 25 tonne Mousetrap. Pretty much what happened in Aussie.

If no funding is available - you could easily see the number of shares in issue having to double, maybe treble - the writing is on the wall.

The first thing shareholders should do is remove the CEO, he is not an engineer, he has failed to achieve any commercial partners of substance and can't even get an RNS out properly. He makes irresponsible statements such as Phe will be a Footsie 100 company within 4 years - sorry, but he is incompetent.

Piltick- if you go back through the archives, from the Pyromex days to the present you will realise that anything KA says is just spin and totally unreliable.

Interesting that he refers to paying down the Hillgrove Loan in the RNS when absolutely really no need to - agin trying divert attention away from bad news.

As for the Hillgrove Loan and I said it at the time, rather than putting $2m into Bond's back pocket they should have used the money to develop the Mousetrap. Bond was over a barrel, what was he going to do, take control of a worthless company and lose his $2 m for certain.

It should have been restructured, instead we got the old chum's act and KA dresses it up as vital to saving the business ! Spin, spin and more spin - human tumble dryer.

It would seem likely that the delays to the timetable of events must have been known about for some little time. I would be pretty upset if had been buying stock over the last few weeks. Phe is always quick to RNS anything that it deems as being remotely positive.

Looking like getting out was a good move for Bond. Some of the money should have used to develop the business, if Bond was over a barrel as some have suggested a better deal all round could have been cut for Phe shareholders.

Phe cannot do a Placing at below nominal value.

Brilliant post Jabba, very insightful - but why is the volume so low for a company at the foot of the J Cloth, for a company at the forefront of global hydrogen production and for a company whose CEO has stated it could be a Footsie 100 company within 4 years.

Seems to me jabba that I have outperformed all the tipsters on this one to date over the last couple of years.

If you are going to try and insult me at least do so from a position of strength rather than one of almost complete capitulation.

For me comments made on second rate share tip sites that live on traffic driven advertising revenue and often ahead of Placings are quite different from official RNS announcements.

Bignose - I don't think it is broker control as such, I think more likely that we have a buyer that has given instruction to his broker to buy any stock available up to say circa 40 cents a share. If the broker is one of the MM's top producers they will likely do what they can to assist, such as pulling the price down to force out sellers to fill the brokers order.

If a HK listing is truly worth 40 cents and I seem to recall JM subscribing to this, it is difficult to understand why it is still trading at these levels.

I also still believe the game plan is to flog RP- no efforts whatsoever have been made to become a diversified pharma investment company, so calling that your mission and doing absolutely nada is hardly going to inspire wider investor confidence but this seems to be of little concern.

Ok guys- let's phrase it this way - why has Phe not tried to raise debt funding but instead relied upon a series of Placings at absolute rock bottom prices and deals which involve shareholder further dilution despite the company's objective being to avoid just that.

The entire situation is a joke- why would you issue millions of shares as apposed to securing debt funding on the back of this ground breaking technology. I thought the objective was to create shareholder value not crucify shareholders.

Sadly these are the sort of questions KA is never asked by his share tip websites interviewees as that would be bad for their own models.

Lastly Piltick you also have no idea if Phe have tried to raise debt funding, but the logical conclusion to reach is that they are unable to source that form of capital. The whole Bond charade was apparently to avoid shareholder dilution!

Piltick - the point is that the good old shareholders are assuming 100% of the development risk and ultimately of the project failing.

The company is apparently at the foot of the J Curve and its own CEO has proclaimed that within 4 years it will be a Footsie 100 company. Surely if any of this was more than just Pixie Dust, debts funders would be chomping at the bit for a slice of the action.

You can argue all you like on semantics to score brownie points but but if you wish to ignore the obvious and draw logical conclusions that's up to you

sldmr - where did you get that info from - not on company website yet and as far as I can recall there have not been conference calls in prior years but maybe wrong on that.

Is this a dial-in call that shareholders can listen to ?

Piltick- in your misguided defence of this company I am sorry to say you are making some dumb comments.

For a company that has to gone to great lengths to justify certain actions to prevent shareholder dilution only to do just that is odd. Paying for services in shares in also somewhat odd.

I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to conclude that Phe is unable to raise any debt funding, but if you like dilution this is the place to be.

Mark- If everything is as telephoneman presents, and that is totally his prerogative I would simply ask why is there no director buying, no insider buying, no small cap funds buying, no green fund buying of the stock at these levels.

I would also ask why Phe is unable to raise more conventional debt funding on a meaningful scale to see this project through to commercial delivery rather than a series of random Placings and deals involving the issuance of yet more paper thus further diluting shareholders.

I would also question why Phe is prepared to give away 50% of profits to a company such as W2T which has no track record, no income and a balance sheet of straw. The only connection seems to be that it shares common directors with Phe.

Lastly, whilst Telephoneman's optimism and support of a company is to be admired I am afraid many of his comments are shall we say stretching reality and based upon very wishful thinking.

Exactly Kernowfornia - been saying exactly that for some time now. Why no small cap funds invested ? Why no Green Funds invcested? Why no ability to raise debt funding rather than continual dilution?

Why no continued director / insider buying?

Ignoring the obvious is a dangerous game to play with much hyped AIM stocks.

Have you also noticed a complete lack of follow up or updates to announcements made over the last 2/ 3 years ?

Bignose- I have no idea but is a P&D on a thinly traded share like RP that easy to do in HK?

Most day traders eventually loose their shirts, only a few of the more professional ones survive the long game.
