Bignose - If he did indeed have discussions with brokers, which I doubt, those brokers have clearly decided not to initiate coverage so would not have considered in any detail the past events to which you refer. So the questions remain, why is there no House Broker, which is very normal and particularly for a company repositioning itself and why is there is no broker coverage? The RTO to which you refer is interesting because that was reverse engineered from start to finish to keep both sets of shareholders as happy as could be, whilst supposedly meeting the objective of effectively transferring Ple to a hugely more liquid market and making the cash resources held in RP available to complete Fortacin�s development. I take any management comments associated with the RTO with a large pinch of salt. This is interesting to me because RP could quite easily have made a loan to Ple as could JM, and no efforts have seemingly been made to tap into the increased liquidity of the HK market to meet one of the primamry objectives of the RTO. Throw into the mix, that Baker Brothers would have to sell out their position pre RTO, thus depressing the share price, which I presume JG/JM would have known about in advance and it brings into question in my mind as to exactly what was the real purpose of moving to HK? I will leave it at that, as you know my views. If you are correct that JG is sitting on positive news that could support the share price but chooses not to release it, the obvious question to ask is why? What purpose does it serve? What is the game plan? The �4 million, the EU launch were announced but they had no impact ?

Well well and we have seen good news in the form of the EU launch and �4 million squiddlies coming in and absolutely no impact on the share price. A House broker and some broker coverage has been discussed but what else can management. If there are positive devlopments behind the scenes re FDA, ROW lisences etc management would surely announce this, unless there is another agenda. One thing they should do is remove the DBC from the website- its written down to zero, the founders have been terminated and its a dead duck. Right now there is NO interest in RP- the price action is not a trend on such low volumes, its just a function of the lack of liquidity. If it were traders post UK launch, surely some would be back by now picking their bottoms, so looks like a large chunk is held by someone or something - maybe Mrs Fang or perhaps Mr Green in the Ballroom. ! The price action is so inexplicably bizarre that it makes me wonder what is going on here.

As for the MOU with WrightBus this is again completely uncorrelated to Phe�s ability to produce hydrogen in sufficient quantity, quality and at the right price. Thornton Park is a ghost town, a white elephant, they are just happy to have anyone in there to try and get some traction. I am not really sure why Phe is even there, outside of it being cheap. The Phe cupboard is littered with MOU�s that have all failed to produce anything. Indeed I have never known a company to have dined out on so many MOU�s and produced so little. The share price is where it is because there are people such as you and Mr Wazza and others that see huge potential. There are no institutional holdings of any note and funding is by a circular group of connected company�s and persons.

Bignose � surely the catalyst must have been a willing buyer who put a strong bid on the table immediately posts the UK launch once the whole shooting match had been prevented from collapsing. They were clearly waiting for this event as there was no significant buying or indeed trading ahead of the announcement of any great note, which is what one normally expects to see by the traders. Whether or not that buyer made direct contact with Maven or Maven simply sold into the bid is another matter. Without that willing buyer there would have been no price action to attract traders into the mix, which is exactly what we are seeing now. Post the E5 launch for example there was clearly no strong bid on the table for anyone to sell into and get the traders all excited again. Really difficult to rationalise 3 billion shares traded in two weeks which at current levels would take 3 years to achieve!

Bignose- what exactly do you mean by orchestrated ? You were originally of the opinion that it was just HK gamblers churning the stock. Are you referring to Maven having a buyer in place (set up post the UK launch) to take its position on market? It could well be but I am not sure if RP was also privy to any arrangement. As you know I did contact Maven about their claimed 9x exit multiple and their response was all cloak and daggers, I was eventually referred to their compliance department ! I did raise this JG but he shrugged it off and said my calculations, which I set out in detail, must have been incorrect - but why didn't Maven simply say that and point me to the error of my ways? Its not exactly a big issue threatening world peace and Mrs Fung, who I think I am beginning to fall in love with.

Unfortunately for you die hards nobody believes Phe wil be unveiling anything this year or any other year. That's the reality and that's why the share price has collapsed and why the mkt cap is miniscule for a company with so much potential. Now its up to KA to start delivering.

Its the 3 billion traded post UK launch that makes this interesting. If all traders, surely some would back re-visiting at these levels- now well less than 50% of the high ! Why has JG not appointed a House Broker and why no other brokers covering - not as far as I can find anyway. Are their any local brokers covering ?
