Piltick, nmy dear chap- dilution occurs in one of two ways 1) the number of shares remains constant but the share of profits reduces or 2) the number of shares increases but the share of profuits remains constant. Hat's off to Phe for it has managed to achive dilution under both secenario's - those are the facts, like them or not. Well, when I saw managed, that is hypotehiticlaly speaking of course as all it has really down is pass the parcel to connected chums with completion of a commercially viable and safe unit still a pipe dream. As I said before the business model is extremeley fluid, now reverting back to producing electricity but via a franchise structure. You don't suppoe they have run into difficulties perfecting the production of hydrogen do you ?

Since W2T can raise money to particpate in the 600 planned JV's without issuing shares as it is an unlisted company, why can't Phe do the same and share in all the spoils without dilution to its shareholders ? For someone so fixated on dilution KA has done a rather good job in diluting shareholders whilst transferring any potential value away from shareholders to enrich himself and his chums. I reiterate W2T has a balance sheet of straw and has no track record of doing anything or generating income.

Its a farcial interview from start to finish conducted by an interviewer obviously more interested in his hair style than anything else. Mr Allaun as usual gets a tad confused, by why wouldn't he, it must be tricky remembering all the differing stories. Perhaps someone would let him know that hydrogen production was 5x more profitable not 5 x more revenue generating - just a minor point. Someone should also let him know that Phe is not the only company on the planet capable of generating hydrogen from waste. Indeed otehrs are already doing it, Phe is not and it should be worrying that near term efforts are now focused on just electricty production. There goes that fluid business model again. Perhis Phe is going to provide the necessary comfort and secure the consent and planning permissions for the 100 mini Moustraps in the UK and the 500 in Europe. Finally one has to wonder why a CEO of a potential Footse 100 company is wasting his time trying to pump is company on a platform like this. If you have something good going on, the share price takes care of itself. He seems pre-occupied by a 64 m share overhang when there are already 1.5 billion shares in issue and likely many more millions to come. So the 50:50 split is now a 20% royalty but on what- who knows. Its the usual load of old baloney.

I agree sldmr- it's as if liquidity has almost dried up althogher at these lowly levels- where are the past traders? - odd given that HK is meant to be a highly liquid market and I understand from Bignose that RP was once a highly traded stock.

KA told shareholders there would be no more Placings and dilution - that didn't last long and by the way its reported that KA earned $60,000 last year in his capacity as MD of Critical Point Solutions - presmably that commands some of his time as does serving as a director of W2T.

Really good news - just another 180,000,000 shares and �900,000 to funnel to family and friends. W2T must be delighted. Nothing specific disclosed for the �900,000 to be deployed on - its a poor show just as a leak is, couldn't even get that right. Must be a lot of dissapointed shareholders expecting the opportunity to maintain their share of the pie at a halfpenny a slice.

I am not sure Recordati will have advised RP in advance of their announcement about specific months other than general time frames (H2) some time ago. There is no obligation for Recordati to do so and advising others across their entire portfolio about dates/developments/other details etc would be become quite onerous. I suspect JG learnt of the dates from the Recordati announcement and feels that the changes of a few months for a couple of territories are not worthy of an update. Pure speculation on your part, Linc Energy in Liquidation was fined $9 m. What I find interesting is that when I first questioned Phe connection to Linc Energy and its major shareholder being up on pollution charges it was regarded as beig unfonded onsense on here. A conspiracy led by farmers seeking compensation. In any event being associated with Linc/Bond in any way shape or form is not good. No wonder they left Aussie with their tail bewteen their legs, despite all the hype from KA. By the way doesn't Bond still have an inteest in the Moustrap for worldwide coal gasifcation rights ! Unless underwritten by an investment bank, which will not be the case here a Rights Issue is pretty much a last gasp effort to raise funding by a cash strapped company. Normally rights iisues for small caps are at significant discounts to the current share price - that will not be possible here, so I wonder hopw many shareholders will participate given that it will likely be possible to buy shares on the market at a lower price. No wonder it was desperately trying to ramp the share price up, now we know the reason for the failed W2T release- as I have been saying, running on fumes. A little birdy tells me Powerhouse Energy (ticker: PHE) is doing similar. This time it�s raising close to �1 million at 0.5p a share. The shares slipped back a bit today � down 2% at 0.56p. Punters might be wary about buying in before the fundraiser but this business looks pretty exciting from what the PR bumpf says. Its kit converts plastic waste into electricity or hydrogen, and it's pretty small, too. One theory is you could install it into motorway service stations to provide power for electric vehicle charging stations. I hear there's an old shareholder who's been looking to clear out his stock for a while, but most of the fundraiser is for new money to commercialise its technology. Nowt from the company about the fundraiser as we went to print; instead it issued an upbeat trading statement about contracts in Romania and Bulgaria. Wow -I once held IMM ! but you are right pharma is very tricky, every CEO thinks he has a cure but sadly few succeed, look at at Glyn at Antisoma, he was talking that up, right up to its collapse and post a �445 m deal with Roche . Let's hope he gets it right this time and delivers.
