Does anyone else get the feeling that there might not be any serious ROW licensee interest currently? I don�t believe potential licensees would wait for Recordati sales figures- just not how it normally works due to all sorts of regional differences and of course Recordati had no sales figures before signing up. Normally RP/PLE agent would send out a teaser document to potential licensees with projections and those interested would respond and look to sign a deal pretty quickly, even if with conditional terms, especially if they believed there were other interested parties. The time frame over which we have been feed a variety of loosely worded updates is now so vast that it would seem to indicate that we are not getting the d full story, just being put on a holding pattern, just as we were in respect to the non payment of the Recordati milestone and The DBC. I guess the question is, is this reality or has RP for some reason delayed signing up any further licences which is normally the Holy Grail for small pharma�s Seems typical of JG�s style.

Mr Piltick - if you are expecting a significant positive share price reaction to grant of PP, I think will be very much dissapointed. PP is pretty much a given , Protos is a pupose built EfW specific industrial site after all. If PP is not achieved Phe has a big problem. Local councillors do not evaluate the technology , they simply gant PP subject to all the regulatory and safety issues being signed off. These are significant hurdles to overcome. Of far greater sigin ificance will be Phe 's ability to secure PP's for 600 Mousetraps planned for the UK and Europe - that will be far more challenging, but first things first, a commercially viable statutory compliant is still far from in teh bag.

Alq- I must say that I do find your comments a tad lacking in any entrepreneurial spirit and very much over-engikneered in the context of the condition and treatment under consideration. Perhaps all teh years in the business has nocked a bit of the stuffing out of you ? I don�t see the lack of patent protection and relatively short exclusivity period as being of any great significance and as for the trademark that has no relevance whatsoever. I certainly do not understand why post marketing clinical data is years away, and in any event if Fortacin is a good as we hope, initial patient feedback which is months away, if not already available on a limited basis, will be far more important to commercially minded entrepreneurial licensees. Once the additional studies are complete (known about for a couple of years) and FDA approval secured the floodgates will surely open for other territories if RP by that time has not already been taken out. Fortacin is likely to be the best in class and there is a global market - RP has a market cap of circ $60 m, so plenty of upside from here.

I would certainly appreciate hooking up if possible, but my problem especially over the summer is that I will not be in Blighty.

The problem that you face Piltick is that KA has been talking out of both sides of his mouth for so long now that nobody apart form a few diehards on here, believe a single world he says anymore. He would not have first clue about what other mechanisms might exists and you can bet your bottom dollar they will have appropriate IP protection unlike good old Phe which has nought. You maybe in the majority on here but in the real world that is not the case. He needs to forget his fixation on the share price, overhangs, Placings, dilution et al and start deliverying and the share price will take care of itself. That's exactly what Recordat want and will be gathering.Perhaps this is what other potential licencees are stting on their hands waiting for, although it does seem strange that they have been doing this for over 2 years.

Before any cash is generated Phe has to develop a commercially viable and statutory compliant unit - Phe is not an early doors investment, it has been around for many years sucking shareholder funds on the one hand whilst diluting them to kingdom come on the other. As for KA being a good guy according to that font of all knowledge, SharePhrophets, for only drawing �66k p.a, perhaps you should pro-rata that for the numbesr of days a week he devoted to Phe in 2016.I suspect it probably works out at a effective salary of circa �160k p.a. Phe did not even have an office!

z-cars- rather than watching the diggers and a site being developed, and I note KA was extremely vague as to when that might happen, surely a web cam at the Science Park so investors could watch the Moustrap being tested would be of much greater value to shareholders. It could also be accomplished immediately. Phe previously provided a video of Mosuetrap in Aussie, althoough it was not working and has since be re-designed.

Why would I want to contact the company to ask why no directors, no insiders have bought a significant stake? Why would I want to ask the copmpany why there are no insititutional investors on board ? Why would I want to ask KA how he has formulated that Phe will be a Footsie 100 company within 4 years. It is clearly such nonsense on so many fronts that I would look dumb even asking the question. As someone with a stake in the company surely it is for you to contact the company. You are are exposed to loss, not me.

I am not expecting any decent sales figures in the interims, and athough a pleasant surpise for a change would be most welcome I would be happy with poistive patient feedback. As for August 2019 being teh first meaningful update on sales, you are basing that on your view that Fortacin will not sell wel enogh to support an interim announcemene; others have a different view, I simply do not know.
