Like its fuel cell, its accounts are now 2 weeks overdue. #dodgy AFC Fuel Cell Order PowerHouse is pleased to announce that it has advised AFC Energy plc (�AFC�) that it wishes to take delivery of a small scale fuel cell system it ordered in April 2014. As announced on 4 April 2014 the Company made a deposit payment to AFC at that time. Acceptance of delivery had been delayed by PowerHouse in order to complete the engineering, design, construction, and testing of the Company�s new G3-UHt ultra-high temperature gasification system. As announced on 24 February 2017, the G3-UHt demonstration unit is anticipated for delivery in late March to the Thornton Science Park, University of Chester, for re-commissioning and additional testing of feedstock capable of generating a rich stream of hydrogen. In addition to generating a hydrogen-rich stream of syngas, the Distributed Modular Gasification� G3-UHt system is capable of distributed waste elimination, and distributed power creation through standard, conventional means. The anticipated delivery time for the AFC fuel cell is expected to be approximately eight months. Keith Allaun, Executive Chairman of PowerHouse, said, �AFC has demonstrated its commitment to developing the �Hydrogen Economy�, and we�ve seen tremendous progress on the part of both companies over the past two years.

Bignose - I saw that and JM refers to having patience , but if you invested in at the end of 2013 you would still be 25% down.

Despite all this great news on the global hydrogen economy the Phe share price has collapsed to below its nominal value leaving a market cap of a tiny �7 m and no institutional investors. One would have thought a major player would have snapped up the technology at these prices- why not ? Who is the loon !

I think out of time- Shareholder(s) can make a written request to circulate a resolution for an AGM if they :- (a) represent at least 2.5% of the total voting rights of all Shareholders who have a right to vote on that resolution; or (b) represent at least 50 Shareholders who have a right to vote on that resolution. 4. The written request :- (a) may be sent in hard copy or in electronic form to the Company Secretary at the Company�s registered office (b) must identify the proposed resolution; (c) must be signed by all the Shareholder(s) concerned; and (d) must be received by the Company not later than 6 weeks before the AGM to which the request relates or if later, the time at which notice is given of that AGM.

Bignose- you maybe right but all I can say is whover made the request to have them removed must be sitting on this board as it was pretty quickly done following the original post on both occasions. The situation in regard to ROW licenses and FDA progress reports is concerning. I don't have the skill set to predict how well Fortacin will sell but indicators are currently pointing the way of not very well ! Whils't there were delays they have been resolved now with the EU launch and I would have thought a seriously interested party would have consumated a lisence deal by now. I think we desrve a fuller and nore detailed update on the situation - I can't see that compromising any potential commecial deal if handled appropriately.

I will let you into a little secret if you will promise not to tell anyone - Phe has been talking to Tresoil (probably over Skype because it is cheaper) for several years and like most companies Phe talks to, it has no track record, no capital and no employees. It has never done any business, it has never secured any grants for anyone ! So if you think it will be able to secure grants from the EU to buy buses from WrightBus to be powered by UK Mousetraps supplying hydrogen from plastics and shreeded tyre crumble at �10 m a pop plus the extras plus teh cost of teh buses, you are going to be very dissappointed. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Talking nonsense and showing your naivety about how the big wide world wide works in practice. Why has Phe been unable to secure any EU grants to date given its planet changing technology ? Oh well, at least some news wil be delivered any day now.

PR is one thing - but I want to hear of positive developments on securing further licensees and progress on the FDA submission. In the long term share price is a function business development and profits not PR, however important.

Moving to HK for the increased liquidity is certainly working a treat. Am I dreaming that you once said RP has histroically been a highly traded share and that JM said 90% of RP shareholders were now based in HK ?
