I think before we can form a fully informed view on matters we need an explanation as to why the FDA submission has been delayed and why circumstances changed to cause this. As critical as we might be about JG, managing the regulatory process and ultimately securing approval is very much Dr Mike's responsibility. I would also like to know RP's estimate of time frames for China approval and confirmation of whether or not approval in HK and Macau might be a way to accelerate this process - otherwise what is the point on focusing on a tiny market like Macau? It makes no commercial sense.I have no reason to doubt Alq's estimate of at least 5 years. We also should be told why the ROW licenses are being held up and whether or not it is linked to securing FDA approval which I doubt ? It is also disappointing that JM has not got to grips with this, but I suspect it is not top of his agenda.

They need a minimum of half an acre of land, access roads and who wants waste being collected and classified at high temps on their doorstep. That's an awful lot of planning permissions ! Bignose Alq kindly pointed me in the direction of the Annual Report; I was referring to the earlier released audited financial statements which were petty silent of the FDA submission. The timeframe as I said to Alq is very disappointing and it would seem that China will also take a similar amount of time to get to a launch. It also appears to me that the bad news on the FDFA submission was hidden on page 23 rather than being stated more succinctly up front. It is also amazing how circumstances changed so dramatically between a relatively short period of time since the last company overview presentation which had a US launch (from memory) of early 2020. I don�t think JG has a clue on the regulatory side, it�s just not his bag and he is clearly way out of his depth. I also suspect that he and Dr Mike may not be the best of pals, thus further confusing matters.I not sure now exactly what is role is at RP. JM selects the investments and that's not happening either. Looking at Plethora�s accounts filed at CH I note that the emoluments of the highest paid directors (which would be predominantly Dr Mike) were GBP 800,000 or circa US 1,080,000 for 2016 and get this, GBP 2,102,000 or circa US 2,800,000! The 2017 accounts should be released in July and will be interesting. On the cash, circa US 2.7 m was used in operations, the Recordati milestone was not received until after year end. There were also some small asset sales. So cash position should be adequate for the foreseeable future. I can only guess that the number of products includes the substitute for Viagra non responders but what others might be, I have no idea. Perhaps they would like to tell us ? It�s all a bit disingenuous presenting RP as a healthcare investment company when this is clearly not happening in any way shape or form. Indeed their only other investment (DBC) is a complete dud. I really do believe that shareholders should be provided with a much clearer idea of what is going on here given the apparent flexibility of time frames. I also find the apparent lack of disappointment / frustration expressed by BOD on the time frames difficult to understand.

Piltick- more importantly do you know how is the circa �10 m of funding necessary to build G3 Mousetrap is going to be raised ? How is the funding to be raised to screen the tyres, remove the metal component and shred? How is the infrastructure required and human resources necessary to run he Mousetrap to be funded ? All in all ,about twice the current market cap will be required - where's it all the money going to suddenly come from post planning permission, which quite frankly should be a given anyway, and should not be delaying unleashing the Mousetrap to the world.

KA 's recent interviews have resembled that of a child that has overdosed on sugar. Footsie 100 within 4 years ! All the shenanigans with Hillgrove, supposedly to avoid depressing the share price! Dilution and he gives himself circa 8% of the company with no targets and no strings attached. Talk about rewarding failure. Gives away 50% of profits to a company which has no track record on achieving anything whatsoever and in which he just happens to be a director along with Ryan. The whole thing has a fishy smell and now shareholders are pushing timeshares out as Phe continues to fail to deliver. As for the J Cloth, yet another spin by KA to ramp this failing business - its pretty obvious not just to me but the wider market and sector specialist investors that Phe will never achieve anything other than to suck up and waste larger amounts of investor capital that would be better deployed elsewhere. It has no protection, so has no USP. Who will lend against that ?

I don't see any evidence of that and in impossible to know if buyer and seller were same - I think you are over thinking the situation.. Buys outweighed sells 1,741,519 to 1,036,044 and mostly tiny trades around circa �500, I think the largest was a circa �5,000 sell. I think buying on probably news to come and sellers taking advantage of the liquidity, but its small fry in the bigger scheme of things.

Not suggesting for Europe or US (although there is Promescent) but perhaps a Chinese Pharma could get that sorted a tad quicker than JG !

I don't think so in this case- spread is an issue as is the lack of liquidity to make pumping and dumping viable. In any event, what's the pump ? MED action was based on positive Bus Dev RNS. How do you know that there are a good number of in and out trades ?

I think they should go the OTC route.The EMA approval is useful marketing collateral if even needed. 5 years plus is too long for any market.
