Hope everyone had a good weekend. Some great news in the RNS this morning. Mayo being a medical heavyweight in the US this will definitely bring a lot of eyes to iQ-Ai.
On an unrelated note im impressed by the sheer number of green boxes from the ever excitable magmanus this morning
Agreed warrenbe, 18% up before lunch is brilliant considering the meteoric rise this week. I cant say too much above iQ-Ai's products technically as i dont work in the sector so i would look to others in the board for that kind of advice but from a financial perspective it looks promising!
Magmanus dont take this personally as it may just be because you are excited about iQ-Ai's prospects but its extremely tiresome to constantly read the ramping so i have placed you on filter. Good luck with your investing.
Hi Roobler
I cannot find an up to date shareholding list however there is a significant chunk of private ownership.

It must take a serious brass neck to jump between boards ramping other shares. No one does that for the good of others - it is clearly for people with an agenda and i feel sorry for people who follow the investment advice of them.
iQ-Ai have a product that has been given approval.
iQ-Ai have a healthy balance sheet.
iQ-Ai cash runway projection looks like they wont need to raise cash to market product.
iQ-Ai have experienced management and BOD with industry contact.
There is little value in all these comments 'NT to buy' or 'MMs playing games' or whatever - if you are interested in the company and believe they are going places then invest for product coming to market - otherwise you are gambling on the word of traders.
This equity jumped massively this week which brings in many different kinds of PI's. No share will hit 1000% in a trading week. Price will go up and down and consolidate however intra-day sentiment doesn't take away from the merit of the company.

Yes there is no income tax or capital gains tax however ISAs form part of your estate which is liable to inheritance tax when you die and your estate is considerable :)
Just to clarify - this is for a discretionary trust.
Gifting into a trust is seen as a disposal for CGT reasons and the settlor pays CGT on the gain if it is above their annual exemption. Gains arising within the trust are taxable at the trustees notional rate (20%) or at the beneficiary's notional rate(10%) if it is paid out. Again this is only paid if the gain is above the trustees annual exemption or the beneficiaries annual exemption.
Bed and ISA does not shelter you from current CGT liability - only from future liability. Also subject to 20k ISA allowance.
Hi Predator
Yes you still must pay CGT unless the gain is below the annual threshold or held within a tax efficient wrapper (ISA, SIPP, OSB - offshore bonds are taxed separately where gains are viewed as income and calculated using gross roll-up).

Hi Scruffee
No need to apologise - i should have picked up on the obvious! You have thoughts similar to myself RE the US election.
I guess with globalised capital markets the outcome of the election and potential reflation via fiscal stimuli in the near future could hit Chariot in some form or another ironically.
P
Hi Scruffee
I am curious as to how MMT will impact Chariot? Are you saying that governments primarily linked to Chariot will have an issue with spending due to inflationary pressures? Morocco does seem to have stabilised it's inflation rate over the last decade but deficit reduced by 22% in the first 9 months of 2020 so I'm genuinely interested in your thoughts.
Appreciate the input.

I find it odd as an investor from earlier in the year that any pragmatic discussion is met with resistance here. BigAL this share hit £3 briefly during the initial spike and bled from there - that was only April. There is little value in looking at a selectively biased range in a highly volatile share...
Magsy i must say its very strange how negative people take your viewpoint here... all of the "NT to Buy" and "This is going to rocket" talk is tiring because it reflects the mindset of a gambler moreso than someone who invests in the company for reasons other than betting.
This equity will perform well eventually, it will trade sideways and spike and bleed depending on sentiment, rampers on twitter and potential RNS release dates.
Good luck to all investors here.
Seems GDR SP fell following some market anxiety and CFDs being closed with Intertrader.
SP already ticked up to 146. Some savvy investors could have picked up GDR at a 8% discount briefly if they were lucky to grab any shares being sold.
Not sure if anyone has seen however supposed purchase of £100k GDR this morning:
