Nobody touch this until last holding RNS...
Guys, we know the offer is 0.25p per share, but if we look at the BOD's purchases, they were buying these shares in the summer for 2.5p - 10 times more expensive. It looks like they're going to have a hard time swallowing that 0.25p so they're probably negotiating for more. Hence the current share price of 0.28p. What do you think? Do they have any assets?
...and whole operation MAY take weeks but usualy it is quicker.
Sure. Just in case I am out. Watching for 1.2p break first.
I ask myself why these messages from the CFO? If they wanted to do the placing then they wouldn't be threatening every few days that they have no money and there will be administration. This only affects the share price negatively and the money you could get for the placing would be much less. why all the hype about them taking responsibility and going into administration? I think that if the situation was so dire and the talks were without hope then we wouldn't be hearing about it every few days. I think this will end up good within 2 weeks.
But why you panic. We may expect suspension which may not be bad. When bid for company or significant news then shares will be suspended to trade.
Not sure what you mean. I can buy and sell just now.
No any confidence IMO, only the gamblers here ;-)
So RNS tomorrow. Maybe Wed morning at latest.
Administration after 27.11 IMO. Promissed update RNS this week can be a game changer. It is high risk/reward
Look at the ENET. Smilar story. Multibagger now.
AIM listing alone is £1m
Shenners what is your objective? We see there is no buyer but it may be on Monday. It is clearly binary situation high risk/reward. I bought some shares but I can write these off if company enters administration. I doubt you are the holder and I have no idea what are your objectives.
Placing won't happen. Last placing raised £100k only. It is no option now. Take over or RTO is ndded. Stop looming about the placing.
I don't think placing is possible.
...then 7p per share take over offer paid by the end of the month.
Hope so.
Correct, AMTE is to good to fail.
I know all of that. It is high risk and potential high reward. I can write off this grand I invested. I wouldn't invest here if you cannot afford loss!
In my view, Scotland's skilled workforce in Thuso, know-how and experience are worth far more than the current market capitalisation (£1.3m). Of course, there is no telling how it will all turn out but I have invested £1k just in case. It may multibag any time. GLA
