Apologies, but unsurprisingly I disagree with your point of 'it doesn't matter what the law says' - It very much does as that is what dictates the rules applied to people.
It is possible that people believe the world is flat based on stories
However when people leave their homes to engage with the 'rules' they will find what they can and cant do are applied to them not by the BBC but government agencies. And once again, they make the rules, and the rules for continental Europe include the antigen LFT's - so whatever percentage of 746 million people.
I like those odds more that what the bbc and the trash media peddle in this moment
Once again WRONG
The mentions of antigen test being accepted to gain the various Covid pass (Both NHS pass and EU Pass) are VERY CLEARLY STATED throughout the EU, France, and UK authorities as provided in the links above.
Doesnt matter what the media say, Media dont make the law - and media dont implement the processes.
Like it or not, the Antigen test is authorised for use to gain the Uk and Eu covid pass
Further to which I could post half a dozen links to UK news outlets (BBC, Gaurdian ETC) that report on the ways to get the UK NHS covid pass, and they only mention vaccination and PCR - no mention of negative antigen test.
HOWEVER - that is misguiding people by leaving out the full information
The OFFICIAL NHS Covid Health Pass Info clearly states that ALL of the follow provide the covid pass
- Fully Vaccinated Persons
- Persons With Negative PCR Test (72hrs validity period)
- Persons With Negative Antigen (professional) Test (48hrs validity period)
- Persons with a Covid recovery certificate (180 days validity, issued following the recovery period after an official positive test result).

That is absolutely and factually WRONG.
To enter bars and other defined facilities you simply require the EU covid pass NOT full vaccination status
https://www.gouvernement.fr/en/coronavirus-covid-19
And as stated the criteria for the EU covid health pass DOES NOT mandate vaccine only - IT INCLUDES NEGATIVE TEST

Macron has only made vaccination mandatory for health care workers, NOT the whole population.
EU Covid Health Pass -AND- NHS Covid Health Pass Key Points
With the pass persons are exempt from restrictions
- Fully Vaccinated Persons
- Persons With Negative PCR Test (72hrs validity period)
- Persons With Negative Antigen (professional) Test (48hrs validity period)
- Persons with a Covid recovery certificate (180 days validity, issued following the recovery period after an official positive test result).
Each of the above criteria result in the Covid pass being issued.
THE NHS covid pass is ACCEPTED in FRANCE

Questions for anyone out there:
For Ordinary Resolutions to pass, do they need 51% of the shares currently held to vote in favour? (Or is it 51% of the total shares in existence, or totally different).
I presume the shareholders that dont vote will negatively impact the result?
If approx 24% of total shares in existence are owned by the major parties. How much of the remaining 76% total float is owned by shareholders?
Interesting that in the EU you can walk into a pharmacy, take a rapid antigen test, grab your QR code and head off to the airport trouble free eh.
I wonder if the UK will match the requirements that all 27 Eu countries, and 6 non Eu countries have aligned with.
Either way, demand for rapid antigen tests to gain the EU covid passport system extends to 33 countries, so if the lil ol UK decides to align with that then great, if not, they the UK may well be looking a little stupid if allowing travel to those countries yet not aligning to up to date requirements.
Fair enough - worth adding that the travel in the EU and their EU covid passport system that is now live and in use allows travel with ONE of the following:
- Full Vaccination
- 72 hours validity for PCR tests
- 48 hours validity for rapid antigen tests.

So, the EU allowing antigen tests for travel and issuing covid travel pass for persons only using an antigen test
