At 08:20 today, someone bought 1 share for the princely sum of 14p. I quite often see very small purchases but can't understand why anyone would make such a purchase. Dealing costs would way outweigh any future value. Anyone got any suggestions as to why? Just curious!

I'm merely viewing the current share price shenanigans as a chance to top up my holding whenever funds allow.

Nice to see we're back where we were before last week's RNS. As someone else said, it's cleared the decks for the positive news to come. Managed to top up a bit today, not to the level of many on here but feeling positive...

I'm finally de-lurking! I held a portfolio of speculative shares over a decade ago that I knew had all pretty much bombed and I did little with in the intervening years. I looked at it a couple of months ago and the only share of actual value and any promise was MTL. I sold the rest and ploughed some money in and have stuffed it purely with MTL shares. What a great move that was and very lucky timing. My current plan is to hold long-term - this seems to have plenty of legs.

I've done a couple of dummy trades today and have been offered above mid-price both times. My reading of this is that the MMs are trying to keep the price down and are encouraging sellers - it's a bargain above mid-price, right?
