It's the timing that's bad publicity for the company and the strikers. This all goes back to people rejecting trade unionism and hitching themselves to the Thatcher bandwagon. All these years later its biting the middle classes on the backside

Theres only one set of people suffering here and it those people sitting on cold houses possibly with Covid waiting for their boilers to be repaired. What a mess.

Hi Siborg. I wish you luck with your endeavors. Could you briefly outline the main grievances? I will continue to hold shares because I believe a turnaround in the company's fortunes is now under way. However they have to take the goodwill of their most important asset with them.

Currently the trend line has bottomed out at 48p so should be a good resistance level for any further drop if it occurs. Good news on the further Covid treatments today could boost the market further. The tunnels long but the light is still there.

So for the first time since January the SP has closed above the 200EMA. This is a bull signal, If this is sustained then a new trading range can be expected imo. It's a signal a lot of traders look for.

Aspers. You are beginning to sound a little frustrated which I guess after your loss you are entitled to do. Perhaps my comment was a bit vague. I dont think they will use the entirety to plug the pension deficit that's why I am intrigued as to how the funds will be used. Unless of course as you say I have missed something blindingly obvious which says only £0.25 billion after paying off the pension bill. For my part I am trying to be positive and I make no apologies for being so.

Of how the company will be spending the $3.625 billion could come at any time and further the current price momentum. So I am holding for that ,the trading statement.and beyond. I Will be adding more late February if I like the look of how things are progressing

Aspers . Do you really believe that it could go back to 40p . What bad news are you expecting that would knock 20% off the current price ?

Hopefully a good day tomorrow. We are at the Nadir , the only way is up in the coming months. Kudos to the company for getting the deal over the line in these extraordinary times.

So some think the SP is fair value circa this price. Others are aiming to lassoe the moon. But both are positive points of view at last. A good investment now imo.

No but it's a big step forward and should put a solid base on the SP. Worth investing now.
