Money raised at market price. Strategy full steam ahead. The worst case scenario would have been to declare a strategy and then wait for a sale. Happy to hold now and watch the antics on this BB. I reminds me of " one flew over the cookoos nest"

They are convinced its a short term covid induced rise in inflation. So sitting on their hands because to raise interest rates would cause carnage. Historic times,like 2008, which we will all wax lyrical about in years to come.Real life poker with the economy. Gold has the strongest hand.

Agree there has been no increase in volume traded that would suggest interest as a result of the dividend. Lots to be optimistic about for the coming year though. Reports coming out of Capital Drilling have been really positive. A definite hold and reinvest dividend for me.

Strategic plan - To be Global producer of PGM and battery metals. To get there , conduct a sale of other parts of the business to reinvest and issue dividend to shareholders out of sale proceeds. I think a placing will only be needed if the sale does not go through or if the sale is likely to be over a longer term that does not therefore allow proceeds from a sale to be used to fund said strategic plan in a timely manner. The company cannot stifle growth whilst waiting for a sale , so a placing isn't a bad thing . Fascinating though as it's a tangled Web that has been woven. GLA

I am currently doing a house refurbishment. Materials for every job are in short supply. Waiting lists for roof tiles , paving , concrete, timber etc etc. Costs have also rocketed. Profits next year for the likes of SIG , Marshall, Travis Perkins and Howdens are going to be way in excess of 2019. Most companies I speak to say demand is unprecedented both from large contractors and domestic. So I believe this to be a sound investment for the patient ones

For 100% increase from this level if gold hits 2000 and productivity returns to near normal. A great investment.
