Don't necessarily disagree with any of this but something needs to change to get this off it's hind quarters. Quite what that will be is yet to be determined if you ask me. Some sort of statement to the effect of the amount of money coming in is in excess of that going out to the door and this will fly I hope. I'm pretty sure that's still not the case and there is a still a fairly substantial gap. That gap has almost certainly narrowed more recently but until such a time that the water issues are sorted once and for all then that gap will struggle to be bridged. I've said this for a year or so - you can't mine with limited water - This is the desert, in course grained igneous rocks. Any one who has spent time underground will know that boreholes aren't the answer in this kind of geological facies you have to pump it in. All this talk of lithum tailings is all very well but i struggle to see how this is possible without some sort of onsite processing capability and this relies on water.

To counter that, I have experience with getting water into mines - it depends (A LOT) on topography and distance from source - anyone know the height difference? Anyone know the vertical elevation and distance - I've had all sorts of pain with how you actually extract the water. Will it go into a pond near the river or straight from the river. debris, flotsam (we had a dead trees, dead pork and some sort of reindeer stuck in the inflow on several occasions. Revolting. The nearby stream looks like a wadi, and orange river is over 10KM. That's a lot of pipe to keep secure and also opens land rights issues - messy.... RROT - Double the distance square the costs - Double the Distance and double the height cube the costs.

crikey - it's only when you seen the images of the mine that you realise how hard it is to mine tantalite - it's source rock is quite literally rock hard. Hideous - noisy, dusty mining, boiling hot etc. Still issues with water I see - getting water in from the Orange river is not going to be easy, nor cheap. That all said - looks like excellent progress has been made and this is a neat looking little operation - I'm going to top up here before too long I think, as this might finally go somewhere.

Pretty sure you won't be getting a lot of detail regarding the shipments, as by the sounds of things the deals he has done are bound by confidentiality. Laz ain't one for saying too much more than we have 2 deals, 3 shipments and that's more or less it.
