CO, agree with you but completely disagree it’s about dilution, it’s about establishing a valuation. If they’ve chucked in $7.3m for 1% then we’ve got a share of a business worth $730m. Probably not at this stage though. How much would you give away? 5%? 10%? How far would you negotiate in dragon’s den if Peter Jones offered a cheeky 20%? It’s simple maths to put a value to it, but like all the other recent deals it’s being largely overlooked by the share price. As scardey has said the downside is looking increasingly non existent as they continue to make deals bringing in cash and demonstrating the potential.

The Expertise:
Avacta’s pre|CISION™ technology can be utilised in a drug conjugate linker or to generate chemotherapy pro-drugs that are only activated in the tumour.
When added to a chemotoxin, the pre|CISION™ substrate prevents the chemotoxin from entering cells and therefore renders it inert until the substrate is cleaved in the tumour microenvironment. I wondered and asked that way back in the day. Still haven’t a clue how it can be possible to become a new gold standard if the standard is set based on the testing you’re trying to replace. There’s a need to match up to PCR to displace it, but not really wanting to match it as it can give positive results for weeks after people are no longer infectious. Catch 22. Suppose if BAMS is proven to be 100% then the cheaper costs should help it become established no matter what.

They’re the official manufacturer so that’s a start. In theory they have contracts for supply of all the bits and it’s as simple as telling their contracted manufacturers to gaffer tape them together. Apparently that’s all happened so we’re good to go. Apart from our contracted manufacturers are all part of the NDA gang, so who knows...

I’d imagine that they’ll say they’ve made great progress on their initial evaluation and are now moving to the penultimate preliminary stage prior to the draft clinical confirmation of the introductory validation

I agree, they’ve clearly goofed with BAMS, we were told we had a partnership and it was only much later we found out that adeptrix were the manufacturer. It’s obvious they’ve goofed as it has been months and it’s not been commercialised. Adeptrix obviously weren’t in a position financially and that comes down to Awacta’s poor due diligence.

Now for the positive spin given the position we’re in... get your bucket ready.... Bruker, have seen enough in Adeprix and the BAMS test to invest in Adeptrix specifically to assist commercialising their products and have subsequently partnered with Awacta. They obviously see potential.

There’s not much in Awacta’s control on that side and never has been. That has been a mistake. Hopefully Bruker will now pile in and get it out there. I’ve no idea wtf is happening with validation and after multiple previous RNSs no one can deny it’s an utter shambles.
