There’s a lot of it going around ES23. Another few hours worth of wet blankets bleating and howling about the trauma of being ‘invested’. As is often the case, nothing has changed other than a rag has found out that the govt have some manufacturing capacity lined up. It’s good news, not bad. Not sure how that has caused such a pile of drama as we’re a test developer that has manufacturing agreements with the 2 largest manufacturers already in the bag. We’ll sell everything we’ll make if it’s any good. That’s the only outstanding ‘concern’ and the chances are that’ll be put to bed in the next RNS in due course

How’s about Awacta releasing the greatest at home antigen LFD on the planet via Asia Pacific manufacturing and BBI/Abingdon. Hope handjob hasn’t shot himself in the foot, wasting yet more money on poor imitations of the real deal. Picture the scene, they ramp up capacity, the U.K. vaccine roll out is a phenomenal success and the govt manufacturing ends up mothballed. Meanwhile, Awacta are dominating the global testing scene with their superior test. Ooof. That’d sting a bit for the trolls.

At least we know where some of the manufacturing kit bought by the govt has gone. It’s also only an article about manufacturing, we don’t know which test they’ll produce. So far all we know is that they were happy with surescreen. If a better one turns up that’s been developed on standard kit of the same type that the govt have bought... don’t sh.t yourself too quickly.

The govt are repeating the same mistake they’ve now made twice before. We have a lockdown, they declare it a success and forget that the point of a lockdown is purely to stall whilst they sort their sh.t out. This time they have more reason for optimism due to vaccines, but all strains are mutating to include the same variation that’s in the South African version which means the vaccines aren’t as effective. It will continue to circulate unless they properly track it and that means getting numbers right down and decent testing.

I reckon they’re lining up some ducks for nasdaq but it won’t happen until they’ve had some affimers in a human, once they’re proved safe and they’re well on the road to cancer curing superstardom they’ll dual list. My guess is next year

How would awacta coordinate their TU with a govt tender award? Why would they? Why would it be a blow?

The govt will procure what they want when they want it. It's still completely irrelevant. Chances are we're not in it and I couldn't care less. I've been posting this (tragically) for months, if we manage to pritt stick some affimers to a lollipop stick and they work then we'll sell everything we make. Who cares if they're sold in this tender, another framework, direct award, to private companies, to different countries etc etc
