I’m expecting nothing more than another infographic from Bojo. I agree with EER. Forget about next week. Next news due is the TU and some S&S figures. Any mentions of LFD testing on the 22nd will currently relate the remaining Innova stock and Surescreen. If I’m completely wrong and Bojo turns up proudly waving our validated test and proclaiming it key to moonshot and the future of the recovery, then I’ll take solace in the much higher share price.

Welcome back to posting spike. The was no explicit mention of anything related to the govt. My view is that there are two routes to market. The Govt for the U.K. and its aim of 2m per day capacity and the contracted manufacturing for the RoW via the collaboration with Mologic. There was the mention of securing further manufacturing so it seems there’s still more to come too. I believe the comment was relating to further govt investment, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. There’s plenty comfort to be found in Leewill’s post on the other thread, there are a lot of roads leading back this way. Even if further investment were needed, we’re sat on a cash pile and it’ll be based on getting a significant return on that investment. All looks extremely promising to me

Surescreen’s figures were presented in context of ‘high viral loads’, probably Ct<25. WaffAl said that they would be doing the same. Given the outstanding performance, I’d expect them to be very good.

It’s a wait and see for me, if it turns out Awacta are truly at the heart of the govt grand plan then we’re looking at a lovely chunk of the £22Bn they’ve got lying around. Testing in schools, testing for outbreaks, testing at workplaces, testing at airports, testing for quarantine, it’s all there for the taking. Meanwhile shipping a bunch of them around the globe thanks to Bill’s billions. Once we get some confirmation of orders or a hint of the total manufacturing capacity, it’s straightforward to whip out the calculator and come up with a figure. It’ll no doubt be much higher than a fiver. If we’re looking like raking in billions, forget a tenner. Whilst this is going on AVA6000 will go in to trial - if successful results come back by the end of the year that’s got to be worth another fiver.

Given the collab on diagnostics and today’s Matt Handshandy’s comment that therapies are the long term solution, I’m surprised they’ve not considered the same collaborative approach. Given WaffAl has the ear of the PM, I’m surprised he hasn’t mentioned that not only does Awacta have the holy grail for testing, but for therapies as well.

We’ve no idea what the commercials are. That fella Gates has a couple of quid and could be chucking in the difference to make up the margins. We’re not a non profit charitable organisation. Perhaps we could cut out all the middle men and Bill could just donate several billion to Awacta? It’s all good, it’d be used to cure cancer
