You’re confusing govt instructions with manufacturer instructions. They’re brain ticklers. The reason their performance isn’t as good is because they’re not being used in accordance with the manufacturer instructions by people not professionally trained. Owt’s better than nowt whilst they get rid of their stock I suppose.

They’re paying a fair old whack for Innova too. Plus transportation on top. A home grown test made with govt kit will be a bargain in comparison even at the upper end of the mid single digit range. Personally I think we should put up a mid single digit to the govt and tell them to pay more.
