Can you remember aaaaaaaages ago there was a statto on here that was going on about false positives? Maybe that was him, perhaps he bought on a spike, got burned and is now horrifically bitter and twisted about LFDs. Or maybe he’s just an ignorant ****.

Being fair, I agree with his points about the abuse of LFDs. This might have helped shape the sensible shift from ‘ready test go’ to the reporting today that testing is about checking if you’re positive and isolating. He needs to give the bashing a rest and be supportive of an important weapon. Anyone that’s found via an LFD is a bonus for controlling the spread.

It’s an improvement on them standing outside an industrial unit balancing some masks on a hedge whilst trying to flog them like a barrow boy. Why would there be an RNS for a third party tidying up their website?

What’s the benefit of complaining about a third party on here? RMS have no responsibility for them and their marketing methods. There’s nothing wrong with them spreading the word and promoting the mask. Who knows, perhaps the various associations/ companies / organisations they’ve contacted are saying thank you for alerting us to this fantastic product, then putting the phone down and getting in touch with RMS direct? As BBI, ABDX, and we’ve been told GAD, are all capable of boshing out our tests thanks to the standard components you’d expect ODX to be on that list given they’re using govt kit. I’d expect it’d be a case of demonstrating equivalence which you’d imagine would be quicker. But then who cares about the covfefe servants...

It’s cheaper, purely for that reason you’d think the govt would show some interest for their long term plan even if there’s no longer an immediate need. Personally I don’t care, at various point I’ve been hopeful it would get to market (and it still could), but the focus is in the right place

Nonsense. If it was a Mologic test, they’d be doing it now. If it’s another better Mologic test, why would they bother with odx manufacturing the rubbish one. It’s therefore not Mologic.

Great stuff on both counts. I’ve always thought the sh.tty tests made sense for monitoring (not in dvrg at the mo though, damn it). I prefer the language being used rather than ready test go. Some common sense being applied, who knew that was possible.

TC, if there were a govt approved app and an easier AN sample collection method the tests could be done at home.
