I was thinking that hope was wanted to frr to sell up, but he was only going get the loan notes paid back as he had wavered his share option in the last loan note restructuring.
So if frr do secure the NY loan then why would he not except the payment. I think people have mentioned bringing the case to court and setting aside 20mill from the loan to pay off outrider under the watchful eye of the courts and no backing out.
