I said admin would be next to give them time to agree. the debt is 90m from the bond its not running operations that has an issue. In order to list on LSE they have to reduce the debt and get the interest rates down. Give the board some space and quit the negativity

Do you even know what admin means? Its to protect investors and company. Admin doesnt mean the end. They have clearly said they are looking to refinance a deal and they managed 55m I think they can manage 90m. Also most mines carry huge debts its normal. But this also comes with huge assets long term. Soon as this is sorted they can list on LSE as planned and investor confidence will return with a proper share up lift.

I think it will take a few weeks to sort but guys have some faith. NQ has alot of solid assets. Aquis was and still is very poor. I suspect to see a deal in the coming weeks then upgrade to LSE before end of the year.

Sam - I have over 80k in NQ. You really think the board want to sink the company? Post like that which in the past have driven the sp down. NQ mining operations are solid and continue to make profits. If they have offers on the table for refinance its about picking the correct one so all parties are happy. Have you spoken with the board and did they suggest its not viable? NO

I do not think they new the bond holders would have issues with the new structure and had they been then I think accounts and refinance would be done now. It's not an ideal situation but Aquis is not the worry at the moment. NQ requested to suspend not the other way around so don't get things twisted.

Why not just get behind the current board and NQ and lets all do what we can to support them.

You can thank the bond holders for this one. They would not let the re finance happen. Aquis is the worst exchange and this will end up being a blessing for NQ. Get the re finance done now and finally get the upgrade to LSE.

Its listed on Aquis which has poor liquidity. They have out grown the exchange and moving to tier one. The companies profits are growing year on year. You cannot look at the share price and use this as a wage on how well this company is doing. Anyone with half a brain will average down if they need to as this is one of the most under rated mining stocks. Listing will come soon and everyone will be laughing at all the **** talkers.

This is nonsense. If you look at Walters track record this process is normal before upgrade. Sirus minerals went to a billion market cap and he left the board before that hit its peak. NQ is about to fly just do your research. They have been raising private capital since day one so its nothing to do with him leaving. NQ making Big moves.

If you think most the other major gold companies are listed on AIM. They are heavily day traded with a lot of volatility NQ Moving to LSE will leave the rest behind. With Gold prices due to hit 2500 per oz this year its an easy pic. I see 30p around june.

I bought at 5p £5ks worth. My target is 15p. People need to ignore the noise.

If all continues i think we could easily see double that by end of the year.

Once FDA news comes out think Tru will get plenty of offers to take the company. Aquis is slow exchange but with some news coming soon hopefully this will get back up to high range.

If offers come in to buy the company which after FDA is likley then this will be huge for investors.

DL has a proven track record. Yes some people might not like that he is involved with many fast growing companies but you only need to look at Sirus Minerals to know how exciting NQ will be with the same board.

Tier 1 upgrade looming. I see 30p plus in Q1.
