So this incinerator will burn 472,000 tonnes pa or about 1,300 tonnes per day. That would require 26 DMG units at 50 tonnes per day capacity. It will also require 30 trucks per day to deliver the waste to the incinerator.

The latest RNS says that PE will be responsible for the installation at Protos. I thought that, according to the previous RNS, DR was going to focus on Protos as PHE’s consultant. Has this changed? This RNS says thar DR is retiring. Does this mean that he is leaving altogether? I’m confused!

We're a long way off dividends. AFC need to accumulate profits first, and besides they will need their funds for expansion for several years before they can even think about dividends.

With an RNS like this, the SP ought to be flying. The market moves in mysterious ways!

Mark, I'm not clear what you mean by 100k profit per unit. Are you suggesting this is in addition to the £500k annual technology fee that PHE will get for each DMG unit?

Yesterday didn't seem to me like a mass exodus of investors, more like an individual selling out or selling down for his/her own personal reasons.

stokey, I don't think that PHE shares are in danger of dilution at the moment because I can't think of any reason why PHE would need to raise any additional funds. PHE are not paying for the capital cost of building the DMG units, the SPV companies will be doing that.

I'm sure they will, in time, but they will want to see a working system before committing to a DMG unit of their own.

I believe 4.0 technology refers to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Well that's something I read on the internet, so it must be true!

That had crossed my mind as well. Perhaps DR, as PHE's consultant, will be looking after the design, installation and commissioning of all of the DMG projects, not just Protos, and if I'm right then they don't really need a technical engineer type person as CEO at PHE. Perhaps TY would do as Executive Chairman.

Just a thought!
