Partly through EU grants and loans which will not go to HUI but will go to the SPV companies undertaking the developments, and partly through partners taking up shares in the various SPVs. But HUI will have to produce some funding itself to cover its own shareholdings in the SPVs, and I suppose that will come from further share issues as time progresses, and perhaps they will reach a stage where they can secure debt funding for themselves from banks or other institutions.

Spot on dagenius. As I see it, these are two different animals, but tied closely together. An investment in PHE is an investment in the technology, whereas an investment in HUI is an investment in the development and operations of the DMG units.

I would have thought that PHE's SP ought to be going up today based on the HUI news. Bear in mind that PHE will get E500k (or thereabouts) for every DMG unit that is commissioned by, or through, HUI so HUI's success is PHE's success!

That's correct Tatty, this planning application, submitted by Peel last October and awaiting approval, does not include PHE's Plot 10B because planning permission for that plot was granted some time ago. And their application last November to amend the traffic movements has already been approved.

HMS, If you were (and perhaps you are) invested in some AIM companies that I happen to know, you would understand what poor investor communications are really like. I can assure you the ADV is a gem as far as investor relations are concerned. That's one of the things I like about ADV.

I think it's unlikely that we'll get any significant news on Protos until Peel get their planning permission.

One of the main things that I took away from the presentation last October was when George Bennet said that the Phalaborwa reprocessing cost will be about $1 per tonne against other mines $40-$60 per tonne.

I wonder why they are using compressed hydrogen rather than ammonia with an ammonia cracker?

Surely this gives some comfort. These two directors wouldn't be giving the company a loan up to £200k if they thought there was a risk of it all going down the pan.

Joe, you are right that planning permission was obtained some time ago for for the PHE site 10B for the DMG installation. However, last October Peel submitted another planning application for Plots 9b, 10a, 11 and 12 covering a materials recycling facility, two plastics recycling facilities, a polymer laminate recycling facility and a hydrogen refuelling station. One or more of these facilities will be providing feedstock for the DMG plant, and it would appear that Peel have been holding back on the development of the DMG facility on plot 10B until they obtain planning permission for these other sites. There is a planning meeting scheduled for 11th January, and it is hoped that Peel's application will be approved at that meeting.
