I wonder what feed back they are waiting on from Planning for Plot 13.

If the transaction price is lower than the mid price, then the system automatically flags it as a sell. If the transaction price I above the mid price, then the system automatically flags it as a buy.

It's as simple as that!

Thanks again LedZep for another update. Sounded a bit breezy on the site! I reckon once they get planning permission for the other sites, hopefully on 1st February (?) then we could see some rapid activity on these sites including 10b.

Perhaps some stop-losses are being picked up?

I thought it was generally understood that this BB is for discussion about PHE, and that there is another BB for discussion about HUI matters?

Which means that HUI DO have the right to establish DMGs in other countries, just that these rights are not EXCLUSIVE which means that PHE can establish DMGs in these other countries with other partners if they want to.

I thought it was an excellent update, and I expect to see an improvement in the YE report when it comes.

The explanation is simple. If the translation price is above the mid price at the time, it is shown as a buy.
If the transaction is below the mid price, it is shown as a sell.
Automatically.
Nothing more to it than that!

Dr. Anomaly, I assume that HUI must be taking a shareholding in each SPV, otherwise where does it get its profits? Or is it charging some sort of "arrangement" fee to the SPVs for each dmg?

It doesn't really matter which one is first, Peel or HUI, because PHE benefits either way.
I'd just like to see either one of them starting construction as soon as possible.

Yes bsigspender, I am aware of that. Peel are holding back until they get approval for the planning application that they submitted last October. Not including PHE's plot 10b which was approved about a year ago.

But what I am saying, is that Peel's application is not on the agenda for next Tuesday.
