Risk is something some peeps just don’t get...cash before assets is a screaming big risk to me... Judging by the sp compared to placing price ( which in the main does not happen until some risk is eliminated) speaks volumes

(i think so)

Every investor should read before posting this a good deal or the like...the deal only occurs if all goes to plan with significant exposure at various stages. I am sure a few posters will tell me not to worry as the bod have it all under control...... um !!!

I note the price reduced from the £1.14 and £1.68 to .....42p And the transaction costs were $20m

The sp will be capped by the warrants for the next 18 months in my view ( 12 months after lot 2 shares issue). With $60m to convert they will take some time shifting...even on good drill results..
