i would put to you that the best reference you have to this deal is the afren deal.. and yes that is a point i have put to IR in simple terms.. you checked out the legal challenges over the afren assets.. i keep telling you on here.. Nigerian change of control laws have only a one sided outcome (in my view)...savp advisers know my view on this (and the outcome was as i stated ).. so these BB's are for exchange of views... i do not know if the SP will go up or down..but i hope all who read now know to read the admin doc and do some homework on nigerian change of control leg

i have stated before i do not think this deal is a fraud or the BOD are frauds.. now put fraud to one side, as that is not the issue. afren re-fiance was a deal to re-finance a Nigerian oiler which was complex involving shareholders / bond holders / creditors and banks and Nigerian partners and many others.. now that deal was killed by the business case (boepd) being wrong. i am not saying this is the case here (but that risk remains on the &e assets).. the risk is all about the "deal" and who can object / obstruct.. and the time line risk to savp SH ... the whole deal has been put together by the same blokes who put the failed deal for afren together... now again i repeat it is not about fraud..(and please listen this time?!!)

It’s interesting to see that all those that have publicly bashed this stock and all contained within the admission document have now stated that they have sold their shares, yet they continue to post. Strange. -------------- you state um..no some of us use these BB's to gain insights to investment cases...i have made good money reading them and gaining from others better knowledge..but that has to be a to way process? i think so..so when i think i can help others i do..then they can help me in return.. (by way of example last year i thought i was very clever buying a share that just dropped taking out stop loses as it did..then bounced.. thought i was dead clever and posted this on an LSE BB..i remain very greatful to a poster who advised i had missed a key point which had not been RNS'ed (but was th following day)..i got out at a profit..i would have lost 40% next day... so these BB's are for the "active investor" to gain insight and use the collective ability to understand investment cases.. (i exclude the nano sub £20M momentum driven shares and the uber ramper aim POS shares)

i respected a few on your list..this recent experience has been an eye opener.. *ankers in the main.. tidd...i gave you the benefit. on another share you hold, but i only post on sometimes as i have been an insider by default of engineering day job instructions, and not as an employee as a 30 year plus time served power and O&G specialist who has worked with many in the international power sector.. now show some respect pall...

its a total joke.. the co spends £1M+ on the admission doc (that is the cost to document and pay the lawyers by the way..not the cost of the deal in fees and charges!), so investors have all the info required to take informed views on the investment case...and then clearly active investors (evidenced by posting here) do not bother to read! madness...(horse water.. horses water)

put me down for PMG (would go for rkh but i think Q1 2019 for the big move!) cheers guys for keeping track every month or so (and i enjoy as it forces me to think 12 months in the run up to christmas!)

What I find so very surprising is that it is simple to download and read the doc, yet time is spent asking you questions but not doing so..I don’t like doing so but I think the responses prove your point..

Why is this deal amazing as you claim?

The deal structure here is the same as afren. Now that imploded for shareholders but has played out in the Nigerian courts as the creditors and partners and suppliers fight over the bones..why would it not be the same here? Again the admission doc makes it clear this could happen even to the extent of giving alternative routes forward against some actions. What do you make of the 5th jan ssn opt out? Looks to me like not all of the 90%locked up ssn’s were able to get risk committe approval to the new terms in time?

Reading the admission doc should be compulsory as it is fundamental to the investment case. Yet it is clear posters here have only read the rns. Now you and I have been telling the good folks here to read it...clearly they have not ( but I do note one or two have not posted for awhile after the same message was delivered with clarity). You can lead a horse to water but... Clearly I have read the doc and you have read the doc. I think we both understand it- in my case as it mirrors afren. Very surprised peeps have not asked for comment.

will 2018 see us to FID? i think 75% yes and 25% Q1 2019...but either way unless oil price crashes (and will it with aramco float), the value at FID will get realised.. GLA holders

master RSI / holbione i hold and OPL310 could be a 2018 play...we will see

MT are they not in profit on your numbers? who are best investors at this point in time-.the shorters from 30p or the longs buying at over 30p? why is jim a shorter?. i am not and i have very similar views to Jim and post this.. (P.S. best hope this deal does not come off the rails as i would see sub 15p..with sub 10p as very very likely..for what it is worth)

parislse have you noted i post (most recently) on a few shares... but i hold over 15 in total...some i never post on LSE BB's about (not allowed to). some i post after consent and some i just post on..and most I post not at all...what does that tell you? not checked but i suspect Savp and Ukog would come at the top of my list of lse bb's posted on over recent times...now savp sh have been sold down the river by the Savp BOD...and UKog is just a big conn... so that makes me a poster worthy of insults as you dish out t Jim88...bring it on mate...lets have some fun posting the detail of this deal..
