I agree the price is determined by the buy to sell ratio ( not foolish comments about Mm actions). Price dropped today as more sellers than buyers ( by value) I have given you a reason why peeps have sold, which may or may not be correct. We will see

we have both done well in sdx - not sure which of us was in first..but what does that matter..we were both in long before the circle deal and SD drill. sdx had more than south disouq and that resulted in an mcap well above cash value..that is the issue with gbp. its got nothing other than cash and a cpr which just does not justify farmin (in my opinion)

hamilton i would suggest you are 100% wrong - at least in the case of lek and sqz.. now i can not prove this, but would suggest as an means of illustrating why i think you are wrong..find me a post ..any post of lek / sqz that even mentions namibia..does not make me correct or you but i think as circumstantially evidence it is useful. not read the char BB in recent times, but i suspect the same comment holds.

to say i'm out and why. i see lots of comments, many of which say "we have xbln bls of oil" and i see others who clearly understand the position. the co has NO oil at this stage. it has drilling targets that a 3rd party have said could be big, but the chance of success is small (what was it 13%'ish)..this is low.. the 5%'ers would never get drilled (in my view and i do not think i am wrong). so discount all the secondary targets..currently a pipe dream. now i sold out..why? simple..there is plenty of acerage in nambia with prospects (off the top of my head Lekoil / char / serica as well as eco). all of them have other assets also. i would suggest the namibia assets are valued by the market at nil..so is it any surprise gbp is valued at cash value only (i.e. asset value nil)? no and yes..yes it is a surprise as i can not see based on what has been stated that the co will get a farmin so the cash will be burnt on corp o/h.. only my view for what it is worth. (to be clear i will not be buying back in until either farmin has occurred or the co has paid for 3d and results are released)

just to let you guys know..the rto target has pubs and rooms..21 of the 38 rooms are in the bull hotel at fairford..only just been taken over by the rto target..(c.12 months ago)..not got a good rep in the area (i recall the kitchen was closed down by the eho a few years back)..could do ok in the long term if RAF Fairford increases operations..otherwise it is competing with several high class established and newly refurbished hotels in the cirencester and local area..and we all know the money in the pub game is in the rooms..i am sure the results will be on a "pro-forma" basis for the target..hope that is useful (i am not an sma holder) by the way is GC the same GC on the bod of AMER?

i would comment that clln proves once again that lack of cash (or access to cash) is what takes a co to bust..all the talks of revenue / assets / new contracts etc count for nothing if the bills cannot be paid on time...

it was that cos that disappointed and resulted in my selling. given the number of blocks in the area available to farm into, the cos reduced the chance of a farmin (in my opinion) significantly.
