i have defended you right to post negative views.. but to be frank i have had enough reading them..with afren you fence balanced and blew hot and cold..i gave you the credit for considering all sides. your posting here is now frankly just plain irritating. either you understand you backed a long term play or you did not. you may have backed it at the wrong time (too high a share price, as i did in tranche 1)..but that is life. the company has not changed its business plan that i can see. now i accept shareholders are better informed on many (most) other aim shares..such is life. that was the case before i invested and remains the case..so nothing changed. if you no longer like the investment case then sell. simple. make money elsewhere.

i have held hur and ela over the last two years..in my view both are good cos. i currently hold nil hur and a goodly number of ela..for what it is worth. as the year progresses i expect this may well change.

They have opened the data room not got s farm out! Why did they go the cpr? As for guesstimated 50% cos post 3D - that is a sick joke on any wild cat drill let allown one with s current cos of 12%!

Yes I did buy in expecting a reasonable cpr..it was not good and far from what I expected and hence I sold. As for liking the area I do but in my view there are better options to play it. As for buying on farmout - you are correct I may be buying at a higher price. But I look at the investment case and run my numbers on potential mcap value increase risked and time valued..I can assure you the sp pre- farmout would have to be sub 1p before I would even consider it. This is not a deramp..I do not see the sp moving to sub 1p even if that is my value point. So good luck here with one prospect and s bunch of leads.

Dougal I can assure you I do not want to buy back in until farmout occurs, which on 12.5% I just do not think will happen. Not snowy where I am today...hail and sleet earlier (Cornwall)
