If you look at Rios's previous employment Jose only spent 3 years in ASIC hardware design then seemed to gravitate to sales and marketing. He's been in and around the semiconductor industry but is no ASIC boffin.

Ajat Hukkoo- he led the team which developed Intel's SHA256 chip in the Accelerated Custom Engineering Group itself part of the Custom Compute Group - led by Balaji Kanigicherla. These came under the Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group (AXG), headed by Raj Koduri

Google these people. Whilst Rios had senior roles with Intel he was far from being the main man and very far from designing the chips. Perhaps that's why he's now taking penny's from QBT

Rios wasn't even in the specialist group that designed Intel's chip, he was in another group under the same organisational structure.

Trying to optimise the SHA256 algorithm has been going on before QBTs existence. See the references in Naik's 2013 M.Sc. thesis.

No. You need to Goole Intels structure. I have already posted about intel's leading people involved in the design of their mining chip and it went Rios!

You people need to look at semiconductor production techniques. The idea of dropping in the Oracle onto an ASIC, itself optimised for area, cost, speed etc. Is preposterous.

The Oracle has to interface with the existing logic on the ASIC and interface with the outside world via external pins. ASICs aren't made with spare space available that costs money the less space the logic design takes up the more chips you get from a wafer.

It's beginning to look like a VHS - Betamax project now. IES seem to have put everything in place bar the sales. Investors and BoD are excited by the potential but reality isn't playing ball. No doubt sales will come but not as everyone hopes for. Another BMN possibly?

Directors rarely buy they get gifted shares its far cheaper!

Gardin said he had tons of test data results when, I think an investor here queried QBT.

Why hasn't he emailed the big players with the results and provided them with data and efficiency gains to show what they could achieve if the Oracle is added to their ASICs. Why this roundabout route of attending shows and supposedly performing live mining with a pool ? Why make videos to explain, can't these customers read? If he has something of worth then customers would have been contacted months ago and be signing contracts by now.
