Good post but I'm sure it is wasted effort. Koigg has recently posted contradictory posts about being in Vegas. I doubt he was accidentally mistaken about him or his partner being in Vegas so it must have been a fairy story. I suspect his report to QBT was more of the same.

When I see commentary like this I realise you have no idea nor have you bothered to read up on the subject. First if the circuit is so small then it can't be too complex!

You can't 'burn' a logic circuit onto an ASIC. The transistors forming the logic circuit have to be created and positioned or placed very carefully to obtain the optimum route between them for minimum delay. The bigger the circuit The more difficult the place and route phase becomes. Creating the masks to form the transistors and possibly other components is very expensive. There are projects which allow DIYers to create their own ASICs at low cost but in older processes, see Skywater Technology.

Adding additional circuitry may affect the layout and routing of the original ASI, also the input and ouput interfaces and therefore the number of actual I/O pins. This could impact the yield and subsequently the cost.

Althought the ASIC is going at awesome speed and rightly so, since each individual Bitcoin header spawns via the Nonce billions of inputs to the SHA256 processor. The first question is, does the Oracle cycle through billions of variations of that one header spawns and decides if each variant is worth passing to the hasher for more involved processing. The answer must be yes, otherwise other option would be the Oracle checks each 10 minute header and decides if that is worth processing. That would mean the Oracle has plenty of time to process header inputs every 10 mins.

So let's assume the Oracle takes a header and increments the nonce and can without further ado decide that this nonce is a loser and discards it. The Oracle is making those decisions faster than the ASIC can hash and also its throwing away 30 in every 100 spawns. The problem for the ASIC is the inputs have random nonce values which are normally incremented in the ASIC hash process. Of course it would necessitate the ASIC being redesigned

But would you care to point out the flaws in my statement. Please explain what you think is being tested and how. Any fool can ridicule and insult.

I'm not sure why ASIC architecture or design is relevant. The Oracle is a stand alone logic circuit which assess a Bitcoin header and makes a decision to accept or reject the data. I would then expect the accepted headers to be then passed to the SHA256 logic block unaltered for subsequent hashing.as normal.

A-Ha! The mistake everyone investing in AIM makes, believing the company RNS. Look back at QBT and note what was never delivered. The evidence is there ignore, it if you wish. Your investment is based solely on what the company tells you.

There won't be a great deal of discussion if we stick to QBT's achievements. Apart from RNS written by the one-man-band claiming great interest but no Bitcoin mined, then there is nothing else.

Now you've told everyone you're going to sell but it is just like a Gardin statement, it could be this Monday or in 10 years time, a bit of a waste of words all in all.
