Not sure how you arrived £ 790k, converting from € to £ ?

Also why only 10 employees, surely there are at least 20 as Gardin has previously stated in a RNS. Where are the admin and IT staff to run 3 development centres - London, Frankfurt and Milan ?

I would expect any wages bill for non directors to be over 2 million per year. Note options have expired and I wouldn't be happy being paid with those bits of paper.

The Method A server, where the AI engine runs, receives data from the mining rig, the client, returning new parameters, at the beginning of each new block hashing computation, reducing the number of hashing computations required to find a winning hash.

Method B has been designed as a SaaS (Software as a Service) client-server application via a module upgrade to uploading an upgrade to the mining rigs' firmware. The QBT server, where the Method B engine runs, receives data from the mining rig, the client, and responding with a search parameter, which increases the probability of finding a winning hash.

I do not claim expertise but I have read what Methods A, B and C are, from QBT's website. Is there something you disagree regarding my simple assessment of those methods. If so speak out, I'll happily correct your misconceptions.

All 3 methods supposedly rely on reducing the possible inputs to be hashed. Methods A and B both simply say look in this area, whereas Method C is just a brute force search but can spot, again supposedly, the definite losers and therefore doesn't even attempt a hash. As you rightly say, how then can it provide a hash share back to the pool as proof that an extra 43% work was done?

I would say 3 directors and Rita Pizzi. Everyone else, the 20 or so world class experts hard at work for zero wages. Grover, Rios and his mate working for free also.

Of course you may not believe the accounts perhaps they are fake !

The end goal is decided by Gardin, this company is ruled by just one man. If the company shows real promise it will probably be snapped up by the big boys, shareholders will make a modest profit and Gardin will make millions.

Alternatively the end game will be utter failure and Gardin walks away with millions. I don't care either way really.

Garden is sucking out about £600,000 a year. Supposedly there are 20 or so world class experts working hard for QBT, their options I believe have expired, so what do you pay a world class expert ?? I would say about £100,000 there's 2 Million. Then of course are holidays to the States and photo fees for Rios and his mate. Not mention lab/office costs in 3 countries. Money for legal eagles etc. etc. etc.

Nk good waiting till the .only actually runs out is there ?

Placing Shares being sold into the rise. Just remember if you want to raise a couple of million it takes several months to ditch them onto the mug PIs.
