Where is that stated ?

Methods A an B both are supposed to work by reducing the search space of 2^256. But since they don't know exactly where the golden hash is a huge space still has to be searched. I would think that a start NONCe would be provided by the method identically as the mining pool controller would issue a search space to be hashed. The hash engine then simply increments the NONCE as fast as possible. It would seem QBT and the A and B methods want to jump around the chosen search area. This would seem to be at odds with the fact that those methods cannot identify the winners.

What would make some sense is if A and B were used with C BUT needs to be on the ASIC, as we all know.

Of course if there wS some kind of clarity from Gardin we might have a better understanding

Unfortunately everyone would realise there will be no complete product on the market for some years!

What does that mean ? Gardin has admitted changes to the ASICs are required. Perhaps the companies are happy with reduced performance but what happens to any advantage when new 3nm ASICs arrive on the scene. Perhaps they are planning to have new ASICs themselves in the future.

There's no detail about how, when where. Why does say significant user base instead of huge user base.

As usual it poses more questions than answers - it means practically nothing. It certainly doesn't ring true that it is the leading Chinese miners as was stated in the June 2025 RNS

Not really you seem to have forgotten that there is something wrong with A and B their performance has been downgraded. After all the irrefutable results and intensive testing blah blah blah. Gardin recently announced the performance of A was now 3% and B was north of 10%, a huge backtrack from 160%

It is obvious that something is wrong and QBT cannot control the current ASICs. Gardin has always been economical with details and when someone is evasive then you know all is not well.

We were told that changes had been made I.e.

Should any deal be struck its going to be a couple of years before any reliable product will be available to work with the newer ASICs. As Gardin has already stated, quite suddenly the methods just aren't able to work correctly with current ASICs but was quick to point out even 3% is worth having. What else is still unsaid ?

Revenue before Quatum computing becomes reality?

So Gardin means he's not targetting the 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 ASICs but ASICs that have yet to be manufactured and require modification for methods A,B and C. Only then will the methods work correctly. So we can assume that won't happen for a couple of years. I assume the problems relate to the nonce simply incrementing from its intial set value but methods A and B require them to jump out of sequence during the 10 minute hashing period, a bit odd. Anyway by then ASICs will be superseded by quatum devices ??

The Intel chip (BZM2 5nm) was beaten hands down by the Bitmain chip (BM1370 3nm) it will be interesting to see how they compare I suspect there maybe a very small improvement.

Whatever that is intended to mean. Gardin has also said they will be mainly targetting the Chinese miners I.e. the 1370 chips !

What exactly is the target and which chips do the methods work on is anyone's guess

Not strange in the slightest. He's paid so that Gardin can add some kind of respectability and credibility to QBT. Ask yourself why companies need to add 'personalities' to their business, obviously they are lacking something.

Gardin is a oneman-band operation, there are no other executive directors, the others are merely part time staff paid to make up the numbers. Rios may be paid a small retainer then a reasonable appearance fee for a photoshoot, he's not going to give out free PR particularly when he knows exactly what he is hired to do.

There are no other members of this so-called world class development team appearing in the photoshoots, that is just as strange and another red flag to add to the huge list.

Second thought.

I run a 1,000 rig private pool and I buy one Method B license. Method B tells me to start mining at 123. Each of my miners is initialised to start at increments of 10^x from 123. That's 999 license fees saved !!!
