I quite agree, the cup is the entire last 12 months, following the handle my expectation is 60p at August results then we'll see, I'm surprised at the recent drop, I had expected it to hold in the high 30's whilst the RSI calmed down, however, daily RSI at neutral 50, it could linger at these levels until the next positive, I wouldn't expect it to drop below 32p. Also worthy of mention is that the DOW closed around 400 points up from it's low today at near session high, bodes well for the rest of the week, the FTSE is also in oversold RSI. Gla.

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
10 March 2023
On 10 March 2023, Capita awarded its 2023 restricted share awards ("2023 RSAs")
as set out below.
In respect of 2023 RSAs granted to executive directors:
* award levels reflect the continued operation of a Total Shareholder Return
(TSR) underpin (effectively a binary performance target) for a third year
in a row;
* the awards will normally vest after three years from date of grant subject
to: (i) continued employment; and (ii) a positive assessment of performance
against two underpins (as detailed below); and
* once vested, shares may not normally be sold until at least six years from
the grant date (other than to pay relevant taxes).
In respect of the underpins for the 2023 RSAs granted to executive directors:
* Underpin 1: Capita's total shareholder return ("TSR") over the three years
ending 31 December 2025 must be positive for any RSAs granted to executive
directors to vest; and
* Underpin 2: the Remuneration Committee (the "Committee") must be satisfied
with the underlying performance of Capita and that there have been no
environmental, social or governance issues resulting in material
reputational damage. If this is not deemed to be met, the Committee will
consider a reduction of the final vesting level of the RSAs (including to
nil).
In addition, the Committee will consider values at vesting to ensure they are
reflective of Capita's performance over the vesting period.

Gocpi, yeah I've been keeping an eye on the DOW myself too, RSI not looking good next smidge of support looks to be around 31700 - 31800 levels, just have to see how the next few weeks pan out. FTSE too looks like it could drop to 7700 ish. Only suggestion so I'm holding strong, like I said earlier we might see 36p again but it's not nailed on, you never know what CPI will do and news changes everything! Gla.
Capita agrees to sell Security Watchdog
Capita plc ('Capita') today announces that it has agreed to sell Security
Watchdog, the pre-and post-employment screening solutions provider to Matrix,
which is owned by Bridgepoint Development Capital, part of Bridgepoint Group
Plc for an enterprise value of £14m on a cash free, debt free basis.
Security Watchdog is the UK industry leader of digitalised, smart pre-and
post-employment screening solutions, the largest EMEA supplier of background
checks and a trusted partner to clients across the globe.
The reported revenue and profit before tax of Security Watchdog for the year to
31 December 2022 were £27.7m and £1.5m respectively.
Along with Capita Resourcing, HR Solutions and ThirtyThree, for which
contracts were exchanged with Inspirit Capital on 6 March, Security Watchdog
made up Capita's Modular People Solutions business and our People Pillar within
Capita Portfolio.
The Security Watchdog senior management team and employees will remain with
their business as it transfers to the ownership of Matrix.
Capita previously announced its intention to sell a number of non-core
businesses to strengthen the balance sheet and focus on its two core divisions,
Capita Public Service and Capita Experience. The agreement to sell Security
Watchdog follows the recent disposal of our Pay360 payments processing
business, two real estate and infrastructure consultancy businesses, as well as
Optima Legal, and Capita Translation and Interpreting.
Jon Lewis, Capita's Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are pleased to have
agreed the sale of our Security Watchdog business to Matrix following a
competitive sale process.
"This was one of a number of Capita businesses which were successful but did
not form part of our core growth strategy, and which will benefit from
opportunities under new owners.
"The sale marks another step for our successful disposals programme which has
enabled us to significantly strengthen the balance sheet and materially reduce
our debt.
"We are targeting for the majority of the remaining businesses within our
non-core Portfolio division to be sold during the first half of 2023, depending
on general market conditions."
Capita is being advised on the Security Watchdog transaction by Rothschild &
Co.
