I too thought they hadn't explained what the 5m from the warrants was for, it's in the RNS 23rd December, seems like a speculate to accumulate, would have been infinitely better to do an open offer. BOD take a leaf out of ESL's book, the open offer was over subscribed and now they have an awful lot of happy PI's!
