Looks like you're looking for a fast big buck or two.....the last update provided an interesting and very positive summary by the CEO:

, Eran Itzhak, said: "We are delighted to commence our close strategic partnership with Shandong Ruyi. The machinery provided will accelerate both Bagir and Shandong Ruyi's commitment to take advantage of the manufacturing opportunity in Ethiopia. This, together with the new favourable payment terms for fabric, also shows the obvious advantages to Bagir of partnering with one of the world's leading textile manufactures."

After the last RNS, I'll be truly shocked if Ruyi pulls out of the deal bearing in mind the investment of machinery etc. Although stranger things have happened!!!

Once the deal has been signed and perhaps an early gift with contract etc then we could see 5p+

Relative to their current revenue they might seem a little cheap but all eyes are on the next Trading update. If revenues can match what the CEO hints at, then way too cheap:

In the traditional small molecule market, the Company has continued to make encouraging progress, evidenced by the signing of seven new partner agreements this year. The Board expects that its existing partnerships, coupled with a number of potential new collaborations, will contribute to very significant growth in this market in 2019 and beyond. In the medium term, management is targeting to get the Company to cash breakeven in this segment alone.

Glenn Tracey seemed extremely confident with the following statement back in December. Let's see if he's over pumped it.......
