So we get an RNS 13th Feb detailing that Ruyi are looking to provide free equipment to the tune of $1.3m post deal, so has much really changed between then and now, apart from the little factor of the trade dispute which was always simmering away.

If Ruyi are really committed, I doubt if they would have made such a promise (enough to worthy an RNS) and then with a wave of the magic wand, realised that the deal isn't all that great, and want other changes. Changes that are so significant, that the current Bagir board may contemplate walking away.

Judging from the wording of Fridays RNS, the management desperately want this deal so I still feel that it will happen.

Ruyi know this so you'd expect them to haggle over it more in their favour.

I have to agree with you , as why weaken the negotiations when deals are coming through. It's obvious that the management feel that the Chinese will fast forward the rewards and make it much easier to leverage future contracts.

There will be alot of head scratching over the next couple of weeks.

Extension it is but the SP will take a temp hit however it initiates that the deal is still on with adjustments, yet to be clarified.

Maybe they want a bigger share of the company or perhaps to invest more money!!!

The management are obviously keen to still bring them on board as they know the immediate impact.

Here's hoping. They may delay it owing to Trump's little trade war but I would hope that they honour the deal. Surely if there had been a delay, would they not announce it by now rather than keeping everyone hanging on. I'm sure the management must know the outcome.

The Chinese hold the aces here , so they can leave it to the very last minute to inform the market of their decision, one way or the other.

As to the equipment being supplied after the deal, it doesn't state in black and white that this is dependent upon the deal completing. Although, I'm sure we can come to our own conclusions on this.

On so few trades and volume....me thinks MM's are stocking up for the rush (if it happens).

It will either be extended if they can't agree by end of this month or full steam ahead with them on board. I would be surprised if they didn't commit now, esp after an initial investment, extended credit terms and further machinery investment.

Mind you, with Trump doing his utmost to scupper Trade, then anything could happen!!!

Problem is that Crypto is such a volatile market, that it could easily fallback. As for blockchain, it's already gaining momentum with a number of big companies employing resources to develop business processes.

That's because there are shares out there (such as MX Oil) which traders would prefer to make a quick buck or two, although it's all about timing.

If you believe in this share, and with the amount of contract orders backlog, I really feel this will accelerate quite fast.
