I'm delighted to share that S4S Ventures has taken a significant stake in tvScientific, a frontrunner in the realm of performance advertising platforms for CTV. tvScientific uniquely empowers brands to purchase CTV campaigns predicated on a cost-per-outcome model. This innovative approach paves the way for brands to procure media anchored in tangible outcomes and increase sales, marking a pioneering shift in the industry. I look forward to seeing how Jason Fairchild and his team continue to grow and challenge industry conventions.

But over valued by 100%.? Mediamonks were paid half in cash and half in S4C shares I believe . So you think they would be happy with the just the half in cash valuation? I'm Sorrell would not have overpaid by so much , he normally drives a hard but fair bargain.
The fact that in terms of directors buying shares they are in 'lock step' with none having bought is a bit suspicious given the price. I wonder if there is a strategic reason why they haven't bought ie they're being advised that it's better if they don't. Similarly the share buy back scheme has not got under way either.
