Valereum are not doing a fundraise, they are tokenisation for at least $5 billion of QGP's gold mining assets.

It's not just the issuance of the token, it's the 10% fee for raising any investment for the Wageen token.

Valereum makes money on the issuance of the token and also on the money raised.

They have already made at least $600,000 from the $6 million raised from Institutional Investors GoldenGod

QGP's $5 billion of gold mining assets to tokenise would cost them $500 million hence why they've invested $280 million into Valereum so they don't have to pay $500 million to tokenise their gold mining assets.

$280m invested in Valereum will mean they will probably be able to pay Valereum $200 million instead of the full 10% price of $500 million to tokenise their gold mining assets on VLRM Markets.

GoldenGod and co hate people to be educated about Valereum.
