Platforms who utilise digital currency to buy stocks/shares still have to exchange the digital currency into traditional currency to buy the stocks/shares through a stock exchange because they have to buy the stocks/shares through a stock exchange which only take traditional finance for stocks/shares and not digital currency.
Ultra high net worth people and institutions etc in these circumstances, i.e. doing it through a platform, still have to pay a huge tax bill on any gains made in the digital currency, once it gets exchanged to the traditional currency like US dollars.
The platform has to exchange the digital currency into traditional currency like us dollars because no stock exchange can use digital currency to buy stocks/shares.
It has to be traditional currency like us dollars to buy stocks/shares through any stock exchange in the world.
Having a stock exchange like GSX Gibraltar Stock Exchange with regulatory approval for digital currency as well as traditional currency using the bridge technology means institutions, ultra high net worth individuals, pension funds, banks, etc. etc can buy stocks using digital currency and don't have to exchange the digital currency into traditional currency to buy stocks/shares.
To get regulatory approval to open the GSX Gibraltar Stock Exchange for digital and traditional currency to both buy stocksshares is huge hurdles.
Hence why Valereum had/have to show they could do a digital currency platform as they have done with VLRM markets on EL Salvador.
Next is the set up of the VGold Token.
Then the $1 billion facility to buy actual mines and tokenise these.
Then the listing on NASDAQ/nyse.
These are all needed to be done in order to get regulatory approval for GSX Gibraltar Stock Exchange for digital currency to buy stocks.
At present this can't be done anywhere.
You need a stock exchange to do this.
Platforms can't do this because they have to exchange the digital currency into traditional currency to buy stocks/shares because you have to buy stocks/shares through a stock exchange with traditional currency like us dollars.
I think the problem with the people running Valereum years ago was they underestimated the regulatory approval and huge hurdles they'd need to overcome to get regulatory approval for GSX Gibraltar Stock Exchange to be a digital currency stock exchange with a traditional currency stock exchange using the bridge technology between both.
The bridge technology means digital currency can be use to directly buy stocks/shares on th eGSX.
The beauty about a stock exchange being able to do this and having the regulatory approval to do it means it will be trusted much, much more by ultra high net worth individuals, institutions, pension funds, banks, etc., etc.
This is the future goal for Valereum/QGP.
It has to be done in steps to make sure they get each step right so they achieve this future goal.
