OK I am going to be nice.. 5% of Telstar sold for 600k USD as per rns a week ago. The company have 47.5% remaining..so that a value for remaining holding of ( 47.5/5) * 600k = 5.7m USD.. the carry value of the asset in last results was 1m pounds.. so we have 600k USD sold and 5.7m USD remaining.. that's 6.3m USD! Which is 4.85m pounds... so an increase in nav of 3.85m pounds! Plus cash of 1m and no debt.. massive rerate just started!!

Well I think the board will return the cash. Read the articles of association on the website.. they cannot dilute below the NAV value. Also a GM vote must be held every 2 years as per these articles.. to close the company. So it just needs 59% approval.. personally if it got near to the NAV to sell.. I would take my money whilst listed

I doubt placing .. they have Advfn as a liquid investment.. think the related directors could buy the stake off market to progress this Bitcoin plan..

Oops.. quite a drop from the high.. think lots of stale investors looking to exit.. will look for re entry very soon... happy to hold again to watch the story unfold...
