Don’t think HH will be around much longer.. Why would any shareholder want someone like him on the board who destroys value? Look at GUN.. he diluted all the way down and the shareholders rejected anymore confetti at the last AGM. So GUN holders are pretty safe..

People are buying not because they support Hamish or this board...

6 months plus another 6 months for rto. Latter 6 months I would be suspended if rto not found.

Guys come on calm down... Hamish really hasn’t got any fans when he dilutes like this. I am a believer that management need to be accountable for their decisions/outcomes. The Company now needs a change of direction and clean sweep of the board would do good.

Nominal is at 0.5.. so they had GM to issue more shares.. interesting they didn’t change the nominal at the same time. Debt isn’t too bad.. only few hundred k. Business track record not that good.. but am in for a punt! Aim loves news so hope they have it here. Seen worse on aim with higher market cap bounce back. Only risk what you can afford to lose!

Egtp - if it was Nigel at Nuog at the helm that would be great. He would never shaft holders like this. Hamish doesn’t deserve to run this Company.

I don’t think someone like Nigel will be associated with a shameful character like Hamish.

Anyone noticed the allocation at the last annual general meeting ... yet the Company are issuing more stock outside of their allocation. That’s not legal.

Still a long way to goto 3p.. being 2017 high.. Interesting days ahead... I was reading an article from the telegraph about SNT tech.. very interesting.. the management believe in it.. about time the market did too..! Director putting in 100 grand of his own money via a loan.. that’s commitment!

Thanks swizz. I am usually very cautious with high market cap companies.. however the freefloat is tiny and hence with any good news the price will do very well.

Bought in... right news this could get to 90... Admission shares locked in.. I think someone is very short of the shares of the company...

I bet you have a catalogue of all the posts on the lse and you spend half your day looking up the history. If you haven’t noticed people make money on aim by finding the right entry and exit points. Sometimes we get them right and sometimes wrong. Just because a share price has tanked from when someone bought doesn’t mean they have made a loss!

Nothing wrong with banking your profits if it goes up 50%..
