I know I am being lazy (if no one has it I will go through the RNS or contact the company) but does anyone know exactly how many warrants are outstanding and their exercise price.
I am just trying to figure out how many shares could be in issue and also how much we could raise from warrants being execised.
Also are there any options issued?
Thanks
Great news.
I have a couple of questions / thoughts
1. In the RNS it says drilling has already commenced - I wonder when
2. How long will it take to drill the 4,000 metres
3. I am in the camp that this would be for toll mining... but I am guessing just gives us options
4. I noticed this in the last presentation - may have missed it previously
"Commercial production of 1,000tpd to 1,500tpd could be achieved in 2021"
Asked the question
It will be interesting... I hear the SPMP website will go live end of next week.
A second hand 200koz plant would be an amazing announcement along with rising gold prices and our lower AISC...now that would make for awesome Christmas. But to be honest just 120koz would keep me happy.
As we all know Calibre have spare capacity at their Libertad Complex
"where in excess of a million tonnes of surplus annual processing capacity exists"

I know somewhere that can fill that spare capacity until they prove up more resources - it could be delivered to your front door ;-)
Hi Lee and T123 what I don't understand, if some professionals (and some LTHson here) can see the fact that this is a no brainer....why is the SP still at the current levels. If you were managing a gold fundwould you not be buying like crazy

Very interesting interview with Ryan King from Calibre: https://stockhouse.com/opinion/interviews/2020/11/17/calibre-mining-continues-to-deliver-value-and-invest-for-future
I agree completely EL. Until we get to 70/80p I cannot see a offer coming in at a price that would interest MC and JM....they know what we have and it's value and I think any bid has to be north of £1.25
Once we start generating a revenue stream we can bring in someone to build and run the mine.
