Directly from the company - check out their 15th Feb tweet "Agnico/Newmont may assume control of project in 2021"

This sentence is like a throwaway line but fascinates me. I am trying to find the formal buy-in document to see what it says but cannot find it on the website...anyone got the link?

If our JV partners take full control, I now we will have 25% of the project left but what happens to the SP - anyone got any thoughts??

Its pretax profit surged 38% to USD15.39 billion ... I know where they could spend a little ;-)

I am very disappointed with today's announcement. Yes it is positive our board and main shaeholder are participating but there is so much positive news to come, at some point, and with $4mill in the bank why do we need to raise another $4m below the current share price.

I do agree I think there is a MBO on the way at a low ball price - loosing faith in MC to deliver.

As you say, a great RNS and a new investor sees value at £4.50. Will this now become a new base for the SP.

My suggestion last week of £5 by the end of the year, which was shot down as being too conservative, looks like it will be surpassed very soon.

All building very nicely....I think we should see £5 by the end of the year.

If we can continue to grow and get into profit this year then I agree £150m is too low.

With the recent SP action reckon there must be good underlying demand and no one is selling...

I agree a further vote of confidence as JM won't be selling these...but I would be buying at 31p if I could ;-)

But a further £500,000 in the bank help.... now we just needs some news please MC.

Fully agree it is very nice to see board members topping up at these levels.

The market has to like this and definately puts us in good shape for a t/o approach in the next 12-24 months.

Everything seems to be moving in the right direction and if the company EBITDA postive this time next year it will put us into a very strong position.

Well this explains it.... just received this:

The attached report is Swen Lorenz’s initiative. It is unpaid for recommendation on Condor Gold for his lifetime subscribers. He recommending Condor as a takeover target in the next 12 - 18 months at over 3 times the current share price or over £1.50. At over 5% of the in-situ metal valuation. Swen has a large following and his reports are republished in the German media.

I am thinking this is not RNS related - my feeling is the Swiss article has driven new investors and no supply of shares around.

On top of this we all know RNS are on their way.....could be a nice win/win.

Happy New Year to all LTH. Without a doubt I firmly believe 2021 is our year. So much news to come and all in a perfect storm for the gold price. I think with the dollar weaking goldwill get above $2,200 and my year end price for CNR is £1.58. I hope we do not get taken out till 2022.

Most importantly for 2021 for everyone here and all Condor staff, stay safe.

Arborman, I have thought £7 minimum, but been offside for most of the last 9 months. I still think this is achieveable and I think we will get taken out at about this price.
