That other company has every concession at initial exploration- if they are at 20m and we have far more land then it stands to reason we have to pay more than them.... though I dont think the tax will proceed.

Solgolg is allegedly the biggest landowner in Ecuador. The government is planning to raise over 200 million. That company says they will pay 20 million ish. Its only logical that solgold is at circa 40m maybe higher

The fee isnt impacted based on drilling (other than it possibly impacts the stage you are at). End of the day either the government is wrong re the amount they will raise. That company is wrong about the amount they will pay or solgold is wrong about being the biggest holder of land in Ecuador.

Rk the government has introduced a inspection fee which has subsequently been suspended. The bill for solgold is circa 40m based on things im reading. It would be payable in July apparently (though again its been suspended). With this on the horizon I dont see how a spin off of exploreco is workable in the near term. I do expect the government to back down as an aside.

The problem with that cash is 1 they dont know the costs 2 thr costs at the moment are such that they will have to give up most concessions. Its a 40m bill solgolg doesnt have that.

The NPVs of the 2 brokers are within the margins of error. They are not materially different keeping in mind the 25% +/- on the build cost.
